Those people, of course, would be wrong. But if you are looking for a clean, friendly, fully stocked place to eat and get gas, this is a great choice. Their sandwiches are pretty good, as is their selection of beverages and other snacks. I didn't eat here on this visit, I just got a fountain beverage and got gas. I toil rigorously each day for every dollar I have, and I really enjoy earning food and fuel perks while spending my hard earned money. Thanks GetGo for being there when need you!

I had asked about the restroom because I know some gas stations keep a key at the register for them and he was very rude about it. I arrived a few minutes early and approached the right side of the counter where the employees enter. I waited to be acknowledged for roughly 2 minutes by the 2 women behind the counter. I finally say " I am with DoorDash and I am here to pick up..." and then the women in the neon reflective vest snaps at me "you're just going to have to wait ". So I stand there waiting while noticing the sealed delivery bag no more than 5 feet from me behind the counter. At 1 minute past when the order is promised to be ready I say " may I please have my order?" The woman in the vest becomes irrate. " I told you to wait! I am busy!" And other statements I can't recall. I respond with I did wait. It's late." The other woman behind the counter joins in " you need to unassign yourself from the dash and leave now!" So I get on the phone to report it to DoorDash. While I am on the phone and after about another 5 minutes the woman in the vest comes over and picks up the sealed delivery bag and moves it 5 feet and says" there you go." I do not know why the employees at this location felt it necessary to treat a delivery driver contracted to delivery product from their store to their customer so poorly. Terrible experience just trying to do my job with your company!

This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!

They have a lot of different options including fresh foods like sandwiches and salads. The ladies working inside were very nice and kind. The store was cleaned and well stocked as well. The parking lot could use a little love in certain areas as a few of the bumps were pretty big, but I know that happens with winter in Cleveland. They also have a car wash.
