While I understand that staff have a right to manage parking lot traffic, this manager handles customer interactions with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. She approached my vehicle and falsely accused me of staying at her other location last night, strictly telling me I was no longer allowed at either of "her" stores. Her accusation is entirely fabricated, as I haven't even visited that secondary location in over a month. While I had overstayed my time in the lot that morning because I was exhausted and waking up after a grueling day, there is absolutely no excuse for a store manager to invent false stories and issue blanket corporate bans across multiple properties on a personal whim. Store staff should treat people with basic human decency and professionalism, even when asking a driver to move along. This manager's power-tripping attitude and dishonest accusations reflect very poorly on the Sheetz brand. I hope District Management can see how poorly she represents this company. Avoid this location if you expect decent customer service.

The first company they dispatched did not pick up my car, after 2 hours of waiting they said "they couldn't find the car" and cancelled the request. After jumping through several phone calls and frustrations with my insurance, Kinneys Towing was dispatched. I called right away to explain where my car was, and that I'm unfamiliar with the area but I did have a pin dropped. The dispatcher was so kind and understanding in helping to locate the correct area. As soon as I hung up, Tim the tow driver called me. He also listened as I tried to best explain where was my car was in an unfamiliar area. He called me once we located my car, once it was loaded and again when he had secured the car in their lot for the night, sending a picture along as well!
