    Always good food and service. Might have to wait at times but worth it. Gas food drinks and more.

    After about a decade of my last review for here, I think after last night's interaction this place…read moredeserves an update. As you can see, I stop here often. Because of the hours I work and how busy I get at work at times I forget to eat and stop here on my way home to grab some food. During the pandemic this was usually my go to spot as nothing else was open. I have relied heavily on the Sheetz app and did most of my ordering via the app. Last night was no different. I was on my way home, pulled up the app and started to place my order. The distance from where I was would allow for enough time for the establishment to have my order ready when I arrived. I also needed to fuel up my vehicle, use the facilities, grab a drink, and pay. So that was way more than enough time for them to finish the order. When I reached the counter, let them scan the barcode on the app, and was told that they would grab my order. The meek employee behind the counter informed me that my order wasn't quite ready yet and I could wait by the pick up area and they would call me when it was. Mind you, at this point it had been close to 20-25 minutes since I ordered. I stood over by the pick up area and I will say this, they were busy. Lots of people coming and going. People that had come in after me were picking up their food and leaving. After about an additional 15 minutes with no call of my name I went back to the main counter to ask if something had happened to my order. The meek employee then asks who I assume to be the manager on shift about my order. Instead of just saying something along the lines of, "Sorry, we are out of tater tots, would you like a substitute," she went with barking at me like it was my fault that they were out and were going to substitute fries. Honestly, I would have been fine with that, but how dismissive she was and curt, wasn't the best interaction. After expressing how long ago I had ordered and how long ago I entered the store and paid, I was ignored, no acknowledgement. I then go to the side and notice that they do have a sign on the ordering kiosks that stated they were out of several items, but short of me being clairvoyant I would not have known that while ordering on the app. Also, if a store is out of an item the app usually updates and does not allow for you to order that item. I figured I would fill out a customer service message on the Sheetz website. As I am doing that my order is finally ready, 45-50 minutes after I initially ordered and 25-30 after I showed up to the store and paid. I continued with the website, but kept getting kicked from that. However there is a customer service number you can call. I though I would just leave a message and be done. However, I actually talked to someone. Want to know what the kicker to all this is? When I finally do get home, much later than I had anticipated, the order was still wrong. They did not complete it how I ordered it. Looks like I need to change up my routine on days I need to stop at a Sheetz. This location needs to realize that they are not the only location in Johnstown. Going to another location does not change my time to get home. I stick by that it is great they are a larger location, but their customer service in store is horrible. Sorry to inconvenience the staff. And I'll work on my clairvoyancy.
