HOWEVER, now that the national coffee maker has rolled out its Cold Brew iced coffee program around the country, I'm singing a different song. Yes, they still use beans that are too deeply roasted. But even still, the cold brew extraction method produces a better iced coffee than anything else I could find in the Bedford, Johnstown, Altoona triangle. If I'm missing something, please let me know. But I'll be grabbing my iced coffee here when I'm visiting during the summer. And when I'm in town over the winter, this will be where I get my blonde roast fix.

Over an hour later, I receive a text apologizing saying that the macaroni is taking longer than expected. At this point, I've been dealing with this ordeal for 2.5 hours and told her to just forget about it because the entire experience had been ruined. First and last time!

The way they made my latte was COMPLETELY wrong, and it tasted horrible because it was made wrong. The swirl, milk, and espresso are to be mixed in the medal espresso cups, NOT the actual cup. There should be NO viaible swirl in my latte. They did do my wrap perfectly. The employees complained to customers (obviously they know them) about how they only had 5 people working and they are understaffed. Some of us WISH we could have 5 crew members working. The customers don't need to hear it. The entire staff needs to re-watch videos on iced latte's and iced coffees.
