However if you were to stop by here during the late night hours it is totally a different experience. Not in regards of the staff, but in regards to the type of customers that appear seemingly out of nowhere. It is quite possible to spot the track suit wearing, Ugg sporting, I just got out of bed look. That aside, this is a typical Sheetz experience. **Something to note: pay close attention to the bathroom signs. Don't be like me and realize you are in the wrong one until you are about to exit the said bathroom. You will be stared at.**

I'm not talking about small things either - they miss whole items more times than I could count. Toppings are either missing entirely or incorrect. Don't ever order a salad because they never give you the dressing. Sauces are missing most of the time - so often that if a sauce is received it's a shocking surprise. You can't get your order delivered because it's cold when it arrives even though the store is literally 2 minutes away. You can't leave work to go pick up your order because it's never ready on time. By the time you get back from picking it up, lunch break is over. When you finally do get your order, nothing is marked correctly. They just throw random receipts on items - if you even get it marked at all. Everything is just thrown in the bag. Doesn't matter if it's upside down fries or cheese sticks thrown about randomly. It is really unbelievable to me that the employees get to keep their jobs. They obviously don't care at all. Out of 20+ orders we have placed they haven't been able to get one of them correct. Corporate doesn't seem to care either because they've been called NUMEROUS times about this particular Sheetz, and the same careless jerks still work there. Even a complete moron can get an order right once in a while. So this is not stupidity, they just flat out don't care. It's shameful that these employees actually take money for "working" there. First and foremost, they still do offer gas here, what brand? I do not know, but the pumps are always busy. As for the inside, it needs some work. The floors seem like they could be a hazard. I am assuming that when they dropped the BP name, they tried to redo the inside quickly to make sure that they wouldn't miss out on the sales. However when they did this it left the inside lacking content. It felt bare inside, not much to choose from and left me wondering where everything was. But I guess what they lacked in prepackaged items they made up for in other areas. Coolers were well stocked with what they carried. It is a bit limited in there as well, but it didn't look bare. They also have a counter dedicated to just lottery sales. In this area you can take your time at picking your numbers and look over the many scratch off tickets they have for purchase. It is the largest selection of scratch offs that I have come across. There is also a place to buy hot and ready food. Place your order, wait for it to be prepared and packaged for you and you are set to go. Staff were pleasant and quick at what they do.

After about a decade of my last review for here, I think after last night's interaction this place…read moredeserves an update. As you can see, I stop here often. Because of the hours I work and how busy I get at work at times I forget to eat and stop here on my way home to grab some food. During the pandemic this was usually my go to spot as nothing else was open. I have relied heavily on the Sheetz app and did most of my ordering via the app. Last night was no different. I was on my way home, pulled up the app and started to place my order. The distance from where I was would allow for enough time for the establishment to have my order ready when I arrived. I also needed to fuel up my vehicle, use the facilities, grab a drink, and pay. So that was way more than enough time for them to finish the order. When I reached the counter, let them scan the barcode on the app, and was told that they would grab my order. The meek employee behind the counter informed me that my order wasn't quite ready yet and I could wait by the pick up area and they would call me when it was. Mind you, at this point it had been close to 20-25 minutes since I ordered. I stood over by the pick up area and I will say this, they were busy. Lots of people coming and going. People that had come in after me were picking up their food and leaving. After about an additional 15 minutes with no call of my name I went back to the main counter to ask if something had happened to my order. The meek employee then asks who I assume to be the manager on shift about my order. Instead of just saying something along the lines of, "Sorry, we are out of tater tots, would you like a substitute," she went with barking at me like it was my fault that they were out and were going to substitute fries. Honestly, I would have been fine with that, but how dismissive she was and curt, wasn't the best interaction. After expressing how long ago I had ordered and how long ago I entered the store and paid, I was ignored, no acknowledgement. I then go to the side and notice that they do have a sign on the ordering kiosks that stated they were out of several items, but short of me being clairvoyant I would not have known that while ordering on the app. Also, if a store is out of an item the app usually updates and does not allow for you to order that item. I figured I would fill out a customer service message on the Sheetz website. As I am doing that my order is finally ready, 45-50 minutes after I initially ordered and 25-30 after I showed up to the store and paid. I continued with the website, but kept getting kicked from that. However there is a customer service number you can call. I though I would just leave a message and be done. However, I actually talked to someone. Want to know what the kicker to all this is? When I finally do get home, much later than I had anticipated, the order was still wrong. They did not complete it how I ordered it. Looks like I need to change up my routine on days I need to stop at a Sheetz. This location needs to realize that they are not the only location in Johnstown. Going to another location does not change my time to get home. I stick by that it is great they are a larger location, but their customer service in store is horrible. Sorry to inconvenience the staff. And I'll work on my clairvoyancy.
