I'm used hitting up the other gas stations when in Maryland but my friend told me I had to try sheetz to see the difference and we went here on our way to a music festival It looked clean and was welcomed by the employee that was nearby Ordered a pretzel burger, a pumpkin spice shake and mozzarella sticks I'll say the burger was good but the bun didn't work It wasn't soft or even good soft pretzel hard it was chewy which was a bummer The shake I didn't care for at all I didn't like the crunch bits and the bathroom was alright overall but the crew member who gave me my food went out of her way to be helpful which was nice read more

The food, such as the skinny grilled chicken was amazing and was incredibly tasty. I have come here numerous times just for this sandwich. I am watching my caloric intake so they are a good choice. The speed was good and the service was outstanding. I am also happy with the small area to sit and eat. Overall a good experience and would recommend. read more

Stacked against most other gas stations, Sheetz will be a clear winner. There's packages and made to order food and drink, bathrooms and space to eat/ get situated. We came on Thanksgiving around 8p and the staff were friendly and quick. We had two made to order drinks that were complete within 2 mins of ordering and paying. The drinks were good quality, again for a gas station. It was well lit and clean. I think some of the other reviews were from higher volume times when it first opened; give it time and it will normalize. read more

So so slow on the MTO'S. I mean I'm talking 45 min slow. I love the strips but it feels like forever. I asked for old bay tossed on my chicken. They gave me garlic butter old bay drenched in sauce. I asked them nicely if they could remedy the situation and I had to wait another 15 min. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Tonight I ordered online delivery from Sheetz and what a disaster. My tacos had 4 little dried up jalapeños and one taco had zero on it. And i ordered starburst all pink and the worker walked over and grabbed whatever was easiest i suppose because they gave me fave reds. i dont like 3 out of 4 of the candy so my order was completely wrong in like every little detail. It's just a matter of caring about your job and doing it with care. shame on you. read more

The food is good, the options are immaculate. I've never seen a gas station like a Sheetz. They are by far my favorite. The service is pretty fast and they have self check outs. The snacks are good, the milkshakes a must try! read more

Clean for now, foods great. The time to make food, you're better off waiting at a restaurant on the busiest day because SHEETZ takes FOREVER, 21 minutes for the Food Preps to tell us our order will be another 35 minutes. This is for two Italian subs. Update: went in this morning and the entire dining area was full of people waiting for orders. Again this place is two slow, walked right out. read more

I heard a lot of good things about Sheetz and while in the area and the end of October 2023, I stopped by to get gas and get something to eat. I got my gas first and I needed the receipt however the pump asked if I wanted one but switched away from that option before I could press "yes"! So I had to go in. Luckily, planned on doing that just to check out their food anyway however I stood at the counter 5minutes while staff were talking amongst themselves in the...I guess it's the drive through part. So for a convenience store, not so convenient time wise...while I waited I went over to their food service kiosk and was thinking of ordering a milkshake since they had it on special...but then I saw you had to have a card and I knew all this lol would take entirely too long. The other people waiting at the food area already tipped me off too that this would likely take more time than I wanted so when the girl finally came to get my gas receipt, I was just ready to go. So I can't say how their actual food is but so far the idea that service should be quick in this time of environment isn't there...so I can't yet recommend. Will update if/when I ever go back and find a different experience or taste their food. read more

my little sister kept saying she wanted to try sheets so we went instead of going to the usual wawa. theres no vegetarian options, which can usually be worked with... but there wasn't even an option to modify the sandwiches to remove the meat. i paid for double cheese to be added... i did not get double cheese and got the guy who made my sandwich forgot 2 of ingredients i added. when i walked up to the counter the women who was back there and saw me, completely ignored me. i had to wait for the guy who was making the sandwiches to get caught up in order to get help. i've worked in the service induced for over 15 years and it's very rare i leave a bad comment about an establishment, but this was truly a crappy experience. i'll continue driving right by sheetz to go to wawa for my on the go sandwiches. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars because I expect better from a place that I grew up on . I was so excited to have one finally here in Elkton . My husband and I use it multiple times a week for lunch and in the last 2/3 months there is always something wrong w my drive through order ! They do not communicate w you if they are out of something. So far I had a quesadilla w spoiled liquidy sour cream , a hot pretzel w no cheese to dip it in , a Large kinder bueno that they were out of and replaced w a small mini square of chocolate from the same company that valued at maybe 1/2 of what I paid on line for the full size snack, regular Pringles because they were out of cheddar etc ... it would have been appreciated if at the window they would have said we were out of this can we replace it with that ??? Also if an item they replace it w is significantly less value then that's a problem as well. And since I'm on a rant put cold things in a different bag eating a cold sub that's meant to be hot is not pleasant! After calling there store there is little to no compensation etc ... the two stars are because as crappy as the drive through service is we still like there hot dogs and hot pretzels . Really hoping they get it together , searching for a new lunch drive through is probable for our future . Sincerely disappointed read more
