They kept yelling at me to hurry up after being in the store for 3 minutes and there only being about 3 other customers in the store. They then started pointed at me and yelling loudly in another language. I then walked up and purchased a water and a bag of chips they then grabbed me by the arm. I ripped my arm out their arms while I was walking out and asked why I am being treated this way and they said that they just don't want people to stand inside. I then sat on the curb outside waiting for in uber in little more than a t shirt while it was 28 degrees out. They then kicked out multiple people one of which was a spouse of a customer and they claimed was not a customer. I do believe that they did everything within their right but were completely unprofessional and just mean as human beings.

Awesome signage and wide lanes to maneuver around the pumps. Zip trash, cans were within their boundaries. The wash wash was blue, that's mean clean! The squeegee's were in great condition. Pump station worked flawless thanking my credit card. The Machine was clean. The prices are competitive if not less. About a fantastic WaWa and from experience they are not all the same. Congratulations to the management team at this store.

It was late Friday, the end of the month, another Uhaul location gave me a lecture about not reserving a truck ahead of time, a Penske was out of trucks (but one of the guys offered to come help move furniture when he finished his shift), and just when I thought my luck had run out - Crenshaw's! The dude working (owner?) was polite and helpful and no attitude about trying to rent a truck on the 30th of the month. But the best part was - my initial estimate (one day rental, insurance, estimated 30 miles of driving) came in at about $85, but when I looked at my credit card statement, it came in at $76. I've never had a vehicle rental come in under the estimate. I returned the truck with scant minutes to spare in my 24 hour window, and since I had to use the key drop off I was sure that I was going to be charged for two days. It was great to do business with an honest truck rental guy. Should I ever need a truck in Charlottesville again, Crenshaw's will be my first call, not my 3rd.

My croissant tasted as though it was sourced from Costco; it had been heated up, which made it marginally palatable. I asked for a large cappuccino and got a drink that tasted as though a sugary syrup had been added to it. There was a huge volume of milk, which I guess was OK, and a small amount of OK-tasting espresso. The breakfast was convenient enough that I figured I'd go back for a second round the next morning. However, when I arrived at the coffee bar on Day Two, I was told that the person who would be staffing it was "running late" and that the croissants had not yet arrived. The front desk person found it in her heart to pour me some coffee from the huge urn at the coffee bar. I was grateful for the free lobby coffee but headed outside for my official breakfast. Outside was better.

There is a good amount of seating with two large shared-space tables and smaller circular tables, and there is free wifi access. The cafe offers coffee, tea, and draft options. I've only come in for coffee and tea twice and felt that it was overpriced for what you get. They only offer their iced drinks in the large option, and it's probably because the iced drink consists of 8-10 large ice cubes that take up a majority of the space of the cup. The iced chai and hot soy latte tasted good, but were standard. The food was kind of meh - I ordered a biscuit which was barely warmed up. Overall, an okay cafe (probably not my first choice to go to), but it will give you a caffeine fix if you need it.
