No respect for others. 2 days without my vehicle and my car was parked on the street the whole time and very vulnerable. Judging by the number of cars parked all over the place my story seems to be the norm. The place is dirty and unorganized. The woman I spoke with was very apoligetic and very nice but I would not recommend this place at all.

Not only did he cause more damage to the vehicle, but the condition he left it in put my family in danger. Mario's is one of the few places open on Saturday and at 8am when I called, owner picked up right away. I explained my problem and he said they would take a look and what some potential outcomes would be. When I got there jose was working on another car. Mario helped with the communication since jose didn't speak English much and I don't speak Spanish well at all. They had a few chairs for me to sit and wait while the pouring rain slowed down. Once it did. Jose got the car on the lift and assessed the issue. He helped get some clips back in place and zip tied for extra security. Mind you at one point we were both in the pouring rain and yet jose was not in any rush and was making sure the bumper liner was good.
