I custom ordered a 2015 2500 HD Denali from Barry at Sheehan GMC. First of all, Barry is fantastic. He answered every question and when he wasn't sure of an answer, he rapidly pursued the solution. I now have 5,000 miles on my truck. Hector in the Service department is also amazing. They not only serviced my truck within an hour, but they also washed it. And. The Sevice and the wash was FREE. Well-included in the purchase price probably. But servicing is provided free of charge for TWO YEARS. Oil, filters and DEF ! The Owner, Tom Sheehan, is a very professional, personable and engaging man. His father started the dealership over 60 years ago and Tom would make his father proud with the way the dealership continues under his Son's tutelage! That's the dealership. This dealer doesn't stand behind the vehicles they sell. I bought a new 2021 Sierra 2500 HD about 6 months ago and have been having brake issues since the 2nd month. The brakes squeel like a train whistle every time I step on them. Brought it back 2 times for the issue, but still the same. They couldn't even do a tire rotation properly. My dashboard pressure guage registers front and rear backwards. They didn't reset it. I'm getting the run around from the service manager Mark. Keeps blaming it on General Motors. Well guess what I bought the truck SHEEHAN. This probably qualifies as a lemon law issue. Don't buy from this dealer! read more

BEWARE!!!! I went w/ my 16 yr old daughter to Sheehan dealership to look at pre-owned vehicles for her first car. We went on 1/21/23 and spoke with salesman Yad Aflalo. We went to his office and he showed us his inventory on his computer. We saw a few that might work which he wrote down to show us. One, in particular, was a 2019 GMC Terrain listed on the computer for $22,900. We asked him what the best price he could do on it and he introduced us to his manager, Dana Fishvien, who said the best he could do was $21,900 with no dealer fees. It was more than what we were initially looking to spend. We went home and decided to do the deal so we called back Yad an hour after meeting with him. We told him we were interested and he said he would call me back. When he called back he said that he made a mistake and the car was now $23,900. I saw with my own eyes on his computer the original price and we spoke to the manager who gave us the final price. I asked him, "how could the price go up $2,000?" He said he got confused and then tried to blame me for asking to see "too many cars" (3) and that he got the prices mixed up. I told him that seeing a few cars should not be too much for a car salesman and that to pull a "Bait and Switch" is not professional nor ethical. I asked to speak with the manager, Dana, who I met at the dealership. Yad refused to give me his direct phone number and told me that Dana would call me. I waited 2 days and the manager never called. On 1/23/23 I decided to call Clint Thomas, the general manager of Sheehan dealership. I left messages and never got a call. On 1/24/2023 I decided to go to the dealership and meet with Clint Thomas in person. I explained to him my experience and how unprofessional his staff was. No one tried to call me back, including him, to resolve the issue. They used dishonest tactics to try and sell their vehicles. The owner of the dealership even stood by and heard my whole conversation with him and did nothing. read more

Don't buy a car from Jeff!!! He lied to me and my wife. They only had a white 2022 Enclaves and my wife wanted black. Jeff said to give him a day and he'll get one from another dealership. He said he did so my wife went back and bought it. 2 days after we got home we noticed it didn't have a sunroof like we asked for. We were upset but got over it. 2 weeks later we got our loan in the mail and saw it was a 2021 Enclave. He lied to us! Now we are pissed and stuck with a car we didn't ask for!!!! I'm sad I had to write this review. I bought a new GMC and the salesman (Colin) was helpful until I left the shop. I live in the Doral area and when I popped into the Doral center for service they asked if Sheehan Buick GMC had left me a wrench for the wheel locks. They had removed them from the truck. All this being new to me, I've called several times and even emailed the salesman regarding the missing piece. They never responded and when I called they passed me around like a hot potato. I spoke with the Doral GMC and they explained to me that they are different centers. I ended having to purchase new wheel locks $50 + labor = well over $100. Thanks Sheehan for not returning my calls and emails. Now that was poor service. Poor service = negative review. I cannot recommend this dealership to my family or my brothers in the fire dept who are always looking for trucks. read more

This is the worst dealership in all of america. My car has been there since Oct 1st 2021. Problem after problem and Still being worked on to this day as i call every single day the dealership and corporate. The service agent Allen, would be the complete opposite of helpful, saboteur is an appropriate word for him. After waiting 4 months for my car part to arrive, you would think it would be considered first priority right, not with that agent. After contacting him and him telling me my car is first priority, i asked why hasnt it been diagnosed in the two days able to, "well the technician is working on other vehicles". Ok so mine isnt first, ok. I will now have to go to the dealership everyday to babysit to make sure what is being said is actually being done. Service manager Mark, isnt much help either. They originally did not have a loaner car and I was all set to rent a car at enterprise car rental... Brandon not only one out of the way to ensure that I had a vehicle so I did not have to pay an unnecessary charge but just made such a difference in an experience to drop off a vehicle for a service issue... Individuals like Brandon or Hart to fight in today's environment where he certainly cares about his customers and in fact treats the business as a own. Leased a truck from these guys, took delivery of the truck dirty and truck did not respond correctly after a week. Tried to return it and they declined. Have taken the truck in for service twice and each time I have Had issues- last time they did not fill any of the fluids I asked them to nor did they wash the car. I'm U.S. citizen working in Europe now and I wanted to buy a good'ol American van for my family. I have searched for a good vehicle on line and found a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with adequate milage which would correlate with a price for a non-damaged, accident free vehicle of this make, model and year. In the many phone calls and email, where I have tried to find out everything about the vehicle, I was assured that this vehicle has never been involved in any kind of accident or has it been damaged. There were a few minor scratches on the pain, which I was fine with, judging from the videos and photos. Trusting in good American values I thought with a large dealership such as Sheehan Buick GMC, Inc that I was safe. The purchase went through and the dealership delivered and handed over the vehicle to a shipping company on March 5th, 2019. The whole process of getting and retrieving the vehicle in Europe took a while, but we finally had a transport company pick it up on May 8th, 2019. The driver, who also buys and sells vehicle called me right away, from the port in Germany asking me, if the car was in an accident. I told him that that is impossible as I was assured by the dealership that this is not the case. He said that from the many years of working with vehicles, he can tell, that this car was in an accident, and got hit on the driver's side in the rear. When he brought the vehicle, it was very obvious that both the rear sliding door and the rear left panel have been kitted and painted. When I confronted the dealership with this information I was told that they have no idea about this. I told them that the fact that the vehicle was in an accident and was repaired would have lowered the price of the vehicle significantly. They sent me CarFax which did not show any accident and assured me again, that the vehicle was not in an accident or painted. Unfortunately, I'm not convinced that such an obvious repair would have escaped the dealership when they purchased the vehicle themselves, as they have very good technicians for their incoming reviews of the vehicles. Not getting anywhere, I hired a professional appraiser so he could write up a non-bias professional opinion about the fact whether the vehicle was or was not in an accident. I have also filmed the whole process so I have evidence of his measurements, date and time of the event. Sheehan Buick GMC, Inc also suggested that I had an accident with the car and painted it myself. The fact is that the appraiser took a look at the vehicle on May 20th, 2019, which is 12 days after I received the vehicle. The conclusions of his tests show and confirm that the vehicle was damaged on the rear driver's side door and the rear panel, kitted and pained. His conclusion is also, that the paint is much older than two months, which shows that there is absolutely no way that it could have been fixed and painted in the 12 days I had it. Sheehan Buick was not willing to make this right, even after we contacted the BBB. They simply said that those were probably minor scratches repaired. Here are some details of what the problem was and why the repair was extensive. 1. The area of the repair stretches from the rear bumper all the way across the rear sliding door. 2. There are marks that are left after the body filler was sanded. It can be observed even with a plain eye. This was the first indicator that something was seriously wrong. 3. The paint measurements are off the charts. 1. The original paint thickness should be between 100-200 um, which is what the appraiser measured on the rest of the vehicle. He was getting a very consistent reading. 2. A normal paint and lacquer repair would read between 200 -300 um. 3. According to a chart a repair where an automotive body filler was used after an accident would read between 520 and 750 um, if the job was done correctly. 4. As you can observe on a photos from when the appraiser was taking readings, his measurements were between 1000 and 2000 um. This is indicative of a thick layer of body filler and a bad paint job. My suggestion is, "Don't lie to your customers." And if you find out that you gave out the wrong information fix your mistake and make things right. read more

The facility itself is clean and the staff friendly. However the work done was poor. Front end alignment was really off, car was pulling to one side and steering juddering. Had to take the car back and waste another 3 hours for it to be put right. Even calling to get an appointment for the fix was a problem: four phone messages and no returned call. Finally called through to the office and they made an appointment for me. THEN got a call back from Service Dept telling me the appointment was made for 30 minutes before the shop opens. Four Stars for Gene Long's Salesmanship! 2 for Service! Sales: Gene Long is fantastic! Purchased our first family SUV- had questions galore and was curious about every feature. We explored every possible SUV option on the market and Gene sold us on the comfort, luxury and features of the Buick Enclave. Very pleased with our purchase. Gene has been great since too! Service: Very Professional and Very Good Intentions. However, sometimes things just don't work as they should. I have been on the receiving end of this experience twice. Case in point: I purchased a brand new Mommy SUV from here just before our baby was born (eight days to be precise). I brought the car home and the first time we pulled the lever to flip the seats flat, a cosmetic piece of plastic popped off. I immediately called to alert them and they promised to repair it when I brought the car in a few days later. Visit 1: When I brought the car in, they popped it back into place and sent me on my way. It came off hours later. Visit 2: they claimed they added new clips to hold the item in place and it would be fine. Guess what? Popped off again. My newborn, who hated the car, screamed the whole time. Visit 3: they asked me to come in so they could replace the part. I arrived and then they told me they had to order it. They looked at the part, got some code and placed the order. Useless visit. My one week old was miserable the entire time - screamed during the entire 20 minute drive, couldn't nap while we waited and wailed the way home. I stopped a few times to calm him down, turning the 40 min drive into a 2 hour round trip. Visit 4: the part was in! A barrage of phone calls beckoning me to return to fix the part. My voicemail seemed full every time I looked due to their calls. I admit, I didn't want to drive with my now one month old babe, but finally did when babe took a nap in the car to minimize his experience. He was still stressed. Guess what? They ordered the WRONG PART. I was LIVID!! How was this possible?!? I brought the car in, they looked at the part and still ordered the wrong one. Needless to say I refuse to return. read more

I made the 3 hour drive from Titusville to Sheehan GMC based on a recommendation from a very good friend. I was looking for a full size truck to replace my Frontier. I needed a used one because new I'd out of my price range. I worked with Tim Sheehan. Glad I did. Felt relaxed and was free to move around the Autoplex. I took pictures, read the stickers, and took my time. I ended up buying a 2020 GMC Sierra Elevation. Really like this truck. I did have an issue with my trailer light on one side. After testing it, I knew it wasn't the trailer. Made an appointment online and got one the very next day. Great service? Great experience with Tim Sheehan handling the sale. Then when you do get a hold of him, he acts like it ok to keep customers waiting and hanging onto very little info. When you complain about the lack of response, he turns it around, blames you and acts like it never happened. I will never buy again from him. Sadly, I had the worst experience here. I was trading in my Buick Regal for a newer one. My salesman,Jeff Nemo, lied through his teeth and anyplace else he could lie from. He tried to make me believe I was getting the same upgraded model that I had. When I questioned him about missing features he proceeded to make up ridiculous lies about the changes. Bottom line, I went online and realized he sold me the lower model. I called as soon as I realized it. The dealer would do nothing about it. My lovely salesman said,"Sorry." The car buying experience was great. Best dealer in town. My first Certified Service appointment, not so much... The rep told me on the phone that I had an appointment at 7am. She also told me I would get a loaner vehicle. Apparently, the service center doesn't open until 7:30 AND what do you know, NO LOANER CAR. I showed up at 6:55a to make sure I didn't miss my job. Guess who lost money because of inaccurate information...... once in the center, they weren't even able to tell me if my warranty covered the issue. Not good people. They had an advertisement for a 2019 Terrain for $99 a month and @2995 DAS due at signing, Even with my owners loyalty they said it would be $5000 . Then they didn't have the car in stock nor did they have a new one incoming. Plus they made mention of a "protection package" being added on to the price. I don't think I could have asked for better service. I would recommend them (and John, he was awesome) to anyone. I flew in from out of state (Minnesota) to buy a 2017 Nissan Rogue SL that was AWD. John (Aliati) offered right away to pick me up from the airport. Since I was unable to see the car in person and for obvious reasons I'd only purchased a one-way ticket, I had to give John a ton of trust in his honesty and transparency when I asked for more specific details and information about the car. I asked for things like to see service records, up close photos of the tire treads, things like that which he'd get back to me with promptly. Once I got there and saw the car, it was perfect, exactly what I had been looking for and everything was in the condition I was told and shown it was in. The entire time from when I first contacted the dealership about the car and talked to John, he was available and happy to answer any questions. This was actually my first time purchasing a car alone, he made it easy and painless. John made the process quick because my flight didn't come in until 11:30am and I needed to get on the road to make it to my first hotel stop, but not so fast I was rushed or pushed along. He made sure I had all of my questions answered and that I was ready to make the purchase. He wished me a safe trip home and asked me to text him once I got back. My birthday was also during when I was driving home and he sent me a text message wishing me a happy birthday. Just as a side note, figuring out the tags and registration fees got confusing since it was an out of state sale. I ended up paying an extra $33 for registration fees I didn't need to pay and when I recieved the title in the mail less than a week later, there was a check with it that said what it was for. So here is the REAL deal on Sheehan Autoplex. Mark Metivier (Director) and my salesman Mo put together a deal that was one in a million. We bought a pre-owned GMC Yukon with some miles and traded in a 2011 Mercedes and a 2016 Camry and as you would expect took a hit on them but they gave us a great deal on the Yukon and with tax credit and overall service level factored in we are VERY happy with the deal. Mark navigated every issue with the vehicles involved and was a great and quick communicator. Mo supported the sale the entire way but Mark was the real star.
