It never felt rushed -- he genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. After sleeping on my choices for a night, I return the next day to make my purchase. I arrived within a hour of them closing for the day and Maddy was picked up where Ken left off. Like Ken, she took me out to the container inventory to select two containers for purchase and gave me zero grief for picking two "twin" containers in a harder-to-reach area of their inventory stack. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She never rushed me and continued to work beyond their posted hours of operation to finish up the purchase paperwork and delivery details. Leading up to the delivery, I was kept well-informed of their timelines. On the day of delivery, they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate mine. The containers arrived even better than promised. The driver, Kallen, was just as courteous and efficient as everyone I dealt with beforehand. He made sure to place the containers evenly to one another and the same distance from the property line. It's rare to come across a company that gets both the product and the service right, but All Star Storage & Container Sales truly exceeded my expectations. However, the owner Kyron Koehn appears to be so busy as to be totally unresponsive. He doesn't even seem to get back to his own receptionist, yet he apparently is the only one who can analyze the job and decide on a price quote. I reached out to them on Oct. 28, 2024 and it took until Nov. 13th to finally get a quote. At that point they scheduled me (for an additional expedited fee of $200) for Nov. 20th between 8-11am....They never showed up and never called....When I finally spoke to Lucy, she had to call her boss to find out what happened. Apparently, the truck they were going to bring was in the shop! Lucy was as frustrated as me, but rescheduled me for Dec. 3rd. Now...Brent showed up on time and did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was really nice and even though the job was challenging, he thought through every movement and blew my mind with his skills with the tools he used. The job was to lift my 10x10 Tuff shed up about 6 inches and move it about 20 feet and turn it 90 degrees. But it was TIGHT! I was super impressed. It took about 1.5 hours, but well worth it. In the end I was not charged the extra $200 fee (duh). The bottom line is that this is the only company I was able to find in AZ that was able and willing to do this job. In other words, they seem to be "the only game in town". That said, I highly recommend them, but only if you have a lot of time before you need the job done. And you need to put your Patience Hat on! That's why they lost one star from me, but I would hire them again.
