However, the owner Kyron Koehn appears to be so busy as to be totally unresponsive. He doesn't even seem to get back to his own receptionist, yet he apparently is the only one who can analyze the job and decide on a price quote. I reached out to them on Oct. 28, 2024 and it took until Nov. 13th to finally get a quote. At that point they scheduled me (for an additional expedited fee of $200) for Nov. 20th between 8-11am....They never showed up and never called....When I finally spoke to Lucy, she had to call her boss to find out what happened. Apparently, the truck they were going to bring was in the shop! Lucy was as frustrated as me, but rescheduled me for Dec. 3rd. Now...Brent showed up on time and did an absolutely AMAZING job. He was really nice and even though the job was challenging, he thought through every movement and blew my mind with his skills with the tools he used. The job was to lift my 10x10 Tuff shed up about 6 inches and move it about 20 feet and turn it 90 degrees. But it was TIGHT! I was super impressed. It took about 1.5 hours, but well worth it. In the end I was not charged the extra $200 fee (duh). The bottom line is that this is the only company I was able to find in AZ that was able and willing to do this job. In other words, they seem to be "the only game in town". That said, I highly recommend them, but only if you have a lot of time before you need the job done. And you need to put your Patience Hat on! That's why they lost one star from me, but I would hire them again.

From the very beginning, Ken took extra time to walk me through all of the various containers and options, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. It never felt rushed -- he genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. After sleeping on my choices for a night, I return the next day to make my purchase. I arrived within a hour of them closing for the day and Maddy was picked up where Ken left off. Like Ken, she took me out to the container inventory to select two containers for purchase and gave me zero grief for picking two "twin" containers in a harder-to-reach area of their inventory stack. She made sure I got exactly what I wanted. She never rushed me and continued to work beyond their posted hours of operation to finish up the purchase paperwork and delivery details. Leading up to the delivery, I was kept well-informed of their timelines. On the day of delivery, they even adjusted their schedule to accommodate mine. The containers arrived even better than promised. The driver, Kallen, was just as courteous and efficient as everyone I dealt with beforehand. He made sure to place the containers evenly to one another and the same distance from the property line. It's rare to come across a company that gets both the product and the service right, but All Star Storage & Container Sales truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable storage/office solutions.

We were promised repair at installation, then again 6 months later, and after 16 months they have still been ghosting us as our play set gets less and less functional. Are they just waiting out the warranty?? The good: they were knowledgeable in helping me select the right play set and installed it quickly. The bad: For the price of the play set and installation it should have lasted more than 6 months before 15-20 of the boards had completely split. Two were completely split at install and the installers assured me that they were placing an order for new pieces and would come out and replace them. Six months later, I hadn't heard from them and by then more boards had split. When I called, they quickly sent out guys to inspect it (great!). The guys confirmed that we needed replacement pieces and again assured they would be ordered and back out to install them. Fast forward another 7 months and nothing. All my calls go unanswered or in returned. I get an occasional "oh yes yes, those should be in any day now." But nothing ever happens. I meticulously sealed the play set twice in the first year, and was told as long as I do that it would last for years. Maybe these cracks aren't a big deal, but then why do they keep telling me that it's not supposed to happen and promising repair!? The amount of time/energy that I have spent calling them monthly or even weekly to remind them that we are still waiting is getting embarrassing. The first time I got ahold of James, the owner, he acted irritated and said "we will call you as soon as the parts arrive". So I waited another six months- nothing. After SEVERAL more badgering calls, he finally scheduled a time to come out- only to cancel the DAY OF. Now Im back to calling weekly, but have yet to ever get a call back. I honestly feel like they are just waiting out a warranty period or something?? Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to recommend them.

There were a couple of guys at the front of the store who were very helpful- one of them even got pretty excited talking about various options. I was wearing an ASU face mask and he mentioned the Sparky Bells to me, which I had never heard of. Apparently an ASU professor created a hybrid plant variation of the yellow bell that produces maroon and gold blooms. Yep, added that to the list! The facility is well kept, easy to navigate and offers loads of trees, bushes, shrubs, tools, soil, etc. I can only imagine what this place looks (and smells) like in the fall and spring! I'll definitely make a trip back as I really want to add some jasmine to the backyard- that classic AZ smell. The guys at A&P advised that now is not a good time at all to plant jasmine as they will very likely die in the heat trying to acclimate to their new spot. I appreciated the honesty there as I would have been an easy sale if they wanted it. Apparently there's a cat on site (Hank?) who roams the property. He typically sleeps during the warmer months and comes out at night. My daughter was disappointed to hear this but it made her want to come back again just to see the cat! Prices seemed reasonable (I'm no expert) but, again, I liked the fact that the staff were willing to lose a sale to be honest and advise that the plant I wanted would not grow well in this horrible heat. Definitely makes me want to come back later and give some money to buy a few items!

No other customers were there that needed help so you think he could've gotten off the tractor and helped us find them but nope. We walked out to the nursery area to find the walking paths flooded in water. Not just wet but water so deep it would have come over the soles of my shoes. We had to navigate like we were hiking in a river. Another employee came out and acknowledged that "it sure is wet out here" and quickly walked away without offering to help. I found the selection to be lacking in any plant variety but who knows if we were even looking in the right place since no one wanted to assist us. We went to Moon Valley and received excellent customer service and found the plants we wanted...without wading in water. I love small businesses and may give A & P another shot but was disappointed with our first visit.
