He was invoked and assisted until I gave him my 100% approval that everything was completed as promised. I strongly recommend Rick as a sales representative on these buildings and houses. Well this shed company graded my land with a skid steer, made the concrete pad and came back the next day to begin. Joel and Amos worked extremely hard on the shed that normally takes them 1 day to do but the heat index was in the 100s. So it took them an extra half day but they needed not to rush because this Texas heat has been crazy to work in. I encouraged them to take breaks. Robert Knox, the co-owner, (along with Joel), was awesome from the beginning. He came out to my property with Joel, surveyed the area, determined what all they needed to do for prep and gave me an immediate date for them to start. The quality work they do is flawless! Even after they finished the job, they cleaned up, picking up all trash and debris, removing all tools and took care of my home as it if were their own.
