First time here and I was not impressed at all. I asked the employees what was popular and I got a…read morevague response saying flavor lattes and it was left at that, so that doesn't really leave you with much to consider unfortunately. The coffees are fresh yes I will say that but I asked for a small caramel flavor and just received a black large coffee, the hazelnut coffee also did not taste like anything. The egg spinach wrap had no flavor, the egg was way too over cooked & overloaded with spinach the only thing giving it flavor was the hot sauce. The bagel was okay, I personally like them to be more toasted but it is what it is. Pastries are definitely giving Costco for sure. Highly doubt I would be coming back, and definitely wouldn't recommend.

On more than one occasion, the lid wasn't on the coffee spilled. Wants the whole body get out and the coffee went all over the place. The desserts are good, but some of them are just from Costco. I literally saw the same pack of cakes that were in the case! On a positive note, the coffee is absolutely fresh and delicious and the ground the beans there.

Then a friend of ours recommended Redding Roasters, we bought a pound to try out, and we never stopped. It's a bi-monthly event now, we stop in (OK, my husband stops in most of the time. I work a lot and don't usually have opportunities to go myself), pick up two pounds of single-origin beans, and find the will to keep going. Even though my office has free coffee, I bring my own from home. I can't be without it! And the people there are so wonderful! They're all very personable and when I get the time to stop in I love chatting with them. The selection is great, the people are great, supporting a local business is great. I hope they stick around for decades more.

What can I say that would be sufficient to express the love I have for this new company (started up…read morein spring 2021) that sells through the mails the finest, most pleasurable coffee I have ever tasted? When I received my first order, I was bowled over by the packaging alone. The bags fit into the cardboard mailing pouch so snugly, and the metal clasps that close the bags are the finest I have ever encountered. Care. Clearly great barrels of care go into this concern. And the flavors offered are numerous and rich and satisfying. The back stories of the individual types of beans available (with names such as "Ponticello," "The Falls," "Mexico Oaxaca," "La Ventolera," and "Nano Chall" -- all of which I have cherished for their tastes) make for fascinating reading and history, all of which is discoverably on the company's website, quartetonecoffee.com. And on ever bag is an original work of art that the owners screen print by hand. Go to the website. See and explore. And take the chance of finding what I did: a source of coffee that I will not ever let go of. And join in the singing of the praises for this one-of-a-kind company. Don Berman
