This place was significantly cheaper at under $70, however our dog was shaking and after he got home we noticed 4 cuts on his body and 5 nail quick were bleeding. I see that they mostly have positive reviews so this may have been an off day for them. Our dog used to be so happy to see his groomer in the city and would always get the "dog of the day award" whenever he went. He's been to other groomers in other states and never had any issues. He's always loved all the groomers. However, this time around, this new groomer described our dog to be "stubborn". I think it just wasn't a good match for our dog.

I visited this Petco recently and was absolutely horrified by what I saw in the fish section. There…read morewere multiple dead fish sitting in cups on the shelves, bettas with their tails torn off or badly bitten, and water so dark or cloudy you couldn't even see the fish inside. These animals were clearly suffering and had been neglected for some time. I brought one of the suffering fish to the manager, explained what I had found, and asked if I could surrender the fish into my care so it wouldn't have to endure more. Instead of being met with concern or even basic professionalism, the manager seemed annoyed that I had interrupted him. He claimed he had "checked them this morning," which was clearly not true given the condition of the fish I showed him. He put the fish back on the shelf -- to still be sold. I'm honestly shaken by the lack of compassion and the complete disregard for these animals' welfare. I expected a pet store to have basic standards of care, and I certainly didn't expect to be treated poorly for trying to do the right thing. If you care about animals, please think twice before shopping here. I won't be returning.

I want to specifically thank the staff who helped me with everything from dropping off Bananas, to picking up the ashes. Sabrina helped with arrangements and was very caring and professional throughout every detail. She explained all of the services, pricing, and timeline for everything before I could even ask. I had requested Charlie for the cremation. Although I didn't witness the cremation, I know he took exceptional care of my python just from the brief conversation I had with him when I made the arrangements. I requested to chat with him and he took time out of his day to do just that. I also spoke with Ashley who handled processing the cremated remains. She too took time out of her day to talk with me. She was also very professional and listened to my requests without any hesitation. She followed my requests without issue. I didn't want to sound too picky, but Ashley assured me my requests would be fulfilled. Next I want to thank Mel who took the clay print of Bananas' tail. I'm sure it's difficult taking a print of a flimsy tail, but she did it. Also thank you to Caitlin who made the ceramic print. She has done ceramic prints for my pets in the past and she truly has the artistic touch. And of course thank you to Natalie and Tiffany who greeted me warmly and with compassion when I first stepped into the office to drop off Bananas and when I arrived days later to pick up her cremated remains.
