My hair color appointment took 6.5 hours, which is usually normal considering I have thick course black and teal hair trying to go to coral. She seriously gave me all of her attention and even bought me dinner because I was there for so long! In the end, it turned out way better than I could have imagined. I contacted the salon and waited five days for a response. I specifically asked whether Marek would personally fix the cut, as I had previously paid him to correct a haircut by Dira. I was told that Marek was currently booking about six months out, into March 2027, and was asked if I wanted to schedule an appointment then. I was then refunded and told, "To be very clear, Dira wants to and loves doing precision cuts. She is one of the best. We're sorry you were not a fit." I appreciated the refund, but was disappointed that the haircut itself was not addressed and that my concern was characterized as simply not being "a fit."
