The facial was by far the worst I ever had. It ended up being a head, shoulder and arm massage with different locations I asked her about steam, extractions and exfoliation and she said she don't have steam or a tool for extractions She was very young and very weak and should not be doing massages. She was sweet and kind so I didn't walk out on her like I should have. To top it off it was upstairs in a Hot Room so very uncomfortable. I spoke to the manager which turned out to be a waste of time. Definitely felt like their facials are misrepresented.

Absolutely had such a wonderful spa experience today…read more My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our pedicures and pampering by Mariya today. She is so very professional, the salon is very clean and comfortable, and she was so accommodating to my crazy work schedule. From the spa chairs, selection of foot soaks, and paraffin treatments, we feel very spoiled. She offers evening and weekend appointments as well, which is huge for me being an INL employee. Highly recommend her services and we will definitely be back for our regular nail treatments.

The services took the same amount of time even though my cousin had added the paraffin wax and callous removal. Her gal was so fast and barely did any of it. My polish was lumpy and messy and he nicked my cuticle and I bled. Please, please don't go to this salon. We were so disappointed and felt ripped off but couldn't really do anything about it.
