I only wish I would've read the reviews before going to this place. I did a walk-in pedicure. You start with a iPad screen where you get to pick your services and pick your nail tech. I did not get the person I picked. I got an older lady who left me Bleeding by the end of my pedicure. Horrible experience!!! When I told her I was bleeding, she showed me some extra services I could buy. I came for a foot clean up and left in pain and bleeding. I still have so many callouses on my feet. The prices are extremely high for the level of service provided. Charging $55 to paint the hands and nails of a 3-year-old is excessive. The polish application was clumpy and uneven, and the design on my big toe looked like a lump rather than a clean design. The "massage" consisted of nothing more than lotion being rubbed on my legs. I'm updating this review as I am only 11 days out from my dip nail manicure...and as of yesterday, my nails are already lifting. For $70, this is not acceptable. Dip nails, when done correctly, last at LEAST 2 weeks- although they often last me 3 or more- and mine has started lifting enough to catch my hair every time I touch it or try to put it in a ponytail. If you are going to charge this much, you have to deliver good quality. My advice to the owner: retrain your staff, so that they are getting as close to the cuticle as possible, without touching it. This will give the client the best, longest lasting result. read more

Doing this review on behalf of my fiance. Staff was very quick on trying to get her in and out. They did not give her a chance to look at the color options. Kept pushing her to get the most expensive pedicure after she said no. They asked her 3 times after to upgrade. Her cuticles are flooded with gel both manicure and pedicure. They just rushed her out of the business. The nail tech didn't even tell her she was done she just got up and walked away to attend another client. She did not leave feeling fabulous. Also the gel already chipped without an hour passing after she got them. She does not recommend this business. She also does not recommend for French tip. Would not recommend this salon if you are looking for a walk-in pedicure. I left with several large cuts/scratches on the bottoms of my feet & ankles from the sharp edges of the pumice stone that the tech used and also lots of gel polish overpainted onto my skin and cuticles, which will surely lead to the polish not lasting as long on my nails. Worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. Got a full set done and the nail tech was in such a rush, everything looked uneven, sloppy and even had bubbles trapped under polish because she couldn't be bothered to take her time. I had to ask her to redo a few nails because she pretended nothing looked wrong. When it came time to pay I told the lady upfront that I wasn't happy at all with my nails. She grabbed my hands, said nothing, then went and got a different girl to completely shave down what was done and start over. The nails definitely looked better the second time around, but overall I spent over two hours in the chair and received no apology or explanation. I went there yesterday I've never done anything like mani-pedis or nothing before so I went in there not knowing what to do but the lady that did my pedicure was so gentle and she obviously could see that I had ticklish feet and wasn't agitated by it. Then I went and got my nails done and again I don't know names but the lady that did my nails had the pictures of the nails I wanted and got them done SO FAST I was thinking some all day process but no when It came time to pay the lady hooked us up with some stamp cards. I have NEVER had such a painful experience getting a pedicure. My toes are well kept to begin with and she kept digging at my toes until I was BLEEDING. My toe is spewing blood and she told another worker and he tried to make it sound like it was my fault. I've never been so miserable during a pedicure. My mom and I came back a second time for pedicures. My mom had a 20 min one at $47 when they stated minimum of 35 min and scrub, massage, callus remover and lotion. They did half of each leg for scrub and massage, slapped-on the lotion for my mom. They gave her a 1 min callus remover and she had to do it again herself when she got home. I had the same pedicure, however my polish melted and slid sideways on my toes 3 hours after I left. 3 hours later!!!!! By that time the salon was closed. I came back two days later as I work and the excuses I got were: "It was the paraffin wax, it does that. AND, it's the cold weather - it sometimes takes all day to dry". Ummmm, no. I never had paraffin wax nor did I sit my toes in HOT sun nor ice. Plus, the lady to our left claimed it was melting before they finished with her top coat. Perhaps they're using GEL topcoat and not setting it with a UV lamp....never had gel polish, though. For $65 with tip, this was a load of dog crap for the hassle and rude service by I assume, an owner. We will never be back and will be letting our friends know. It is sad to think that a new salon opens up and the expectations of a great place go right down the drain. The customer service and quality continues to suffer in Idaho Falls amongst many businesses. read more
