The place was filthy. The service was terrible. I had my toes already done, with just polish, and I went in for a pedicure. They used a metal buffer instead of nail polish remover. My nail was super thin, it burned. They then cut my nails way too short. When I told them, they then cut them even shorter, and very crooked. I got emotional so they offered acrylic to fix it. My toe was already bleeding from the nail being cut too short. The acrylic stung. It was uneven, bumpy, and super thick. I cried when I saw them finished. I took my little girl and her toes were just as bad. I got emotional and told them I didn't feel like I should have to pay, because we both had to go elsewhere to be fixed, we didn't pay. I went elsewhere and they had asked if I did them myself.. that's how bad the acrylic was applied. Won't ever go back. It's a shame, my sisters and I loved going there about 10 years ago but the place is so run down, most of the staff is gone to another of their salons out of state. I wanted to like this salon... They had me seated quickly with a complimentary bottle of water! But the older man who did my acrylic fill destroyed my nails. He burned almost every finger with the drill and cut 3 of my fingers badly enough that he continuously had to pause to wipe my blood off my hands and the tools. I really wish I would've had him stop without finishing and left. Communication was very limited and awkward. He would look at them and say over & over- "sorry... it okay." And I had no idea how to respond because it was definitely not okay! Hands down the most horrible experience I've ever had in any salon and I've been getting acrylic nails done for almost 9 years. Staff were very rude. I told the lady "ow" and she continued to pick at my toe until it bled. I told her to stop, sternly. My cuticles were picked so much on my hand that I have sores and they need filled already, it's been a week today. I will never go back. I was over charged for my moms manicure, and we were there for 1.5-2 hours....just ridiculous. read more

We had an appointment but they had several walk ins and didn't get to us for 45 min. 2 hours later my sister (1 of our group of 4) still hadn't been started. They were short-staffed and it took forever but they were kind and did a great job! I would go again, just not if it's busy. read more

they did not do a pedicure correctly. didn't wear gloves. they also cut both my sisters feet. she went this morning and already had an infection in her toe. not only did they cut her but when they cut her the first time didn't even bother sanitizing the tools and just switched feet. mind all this happened with no freaking gloves on. read more

Wonderful spa! People are so nice and the pedicure is a 10/10! They do cuticles and a wonderful, the best, massage on legs and feet! Definitely try it out( so much better than that nail place st the mall). And only 20.00. So, just as I'm sitting here letting toes dry, they let me stay in massaging chair and the owner stopped by and he turned my massager back on for me and brought a fish with candies. So nice!!! read more

I love this place been going here for years. You get the best value for the price. The best time to come is sunday morning. They open at 11. The worst time is around lunch time during the week. They get fairly busy and have an hr wait. read more

I was taken on a walk in, which was really nice because I had called around and stopped at several places that we're booked, or that only had 1 or 2 employees working. This place had 6 employees working! A male worker gave me a great pedi. Paid like $30 for scrub, massage, and a leg mud wrap. Their furniture is a little old (cracking vinyl).. but they worked well... Great find! read more

I have been coming here for a year. Love the place. Ask for Lan she is fabulous, she did a pedicure and asked if j wanted my eyebrows waxed, no one ever has asked me that here. She did a great job waxing my eyebrows that gave been tattooed. Lan is awesome, off on Sundays! read more

this place is terrible. Got a full set for a good price but you get what you paid for. The destroyed my nails, made them crooked, and did not follow sanitary requirements. They filed my nail bed so much I started to bleed. Gel polish only stayed on for a couple weeks and started chipping. Never going back read more

I called the night before to make sure I'd have Tina who I'd had the previous 2times I'd been there. When I got there she was there but the "guy in charge" insisted on continuing my gel manicure. I asked for a seasonal design and I guess he forgot to do it but said afterward, "oh it look betta without". Won't go there again. Hard to communicate with. read more

I love this salon. I had went to classy nails by Walmart on 25th Ave. and they had told me it was going to be a two hour wait and there was only two customers in there. I ended up finding ocean nail salon via my phone and when I got there I was very happy. They got me in right away and the lady took her time doing my nails and didn't rush through it like most salons do. They were all very nice and the salon was very clean. Did a good job and got 3 of us right in with no appointment. The inside decor was not so great but that is a minor comment.
