The ambiance was very beautiful when i came in. Very serene and calming. Staff was great. When we went to the back portion and into a single room, id say it was kinda blah. If you arent an aromatherapy kinda person then this may have been perfect for you. I on the other hand find it comforting. The bed was luke warm. They did turn it up a bit but i dono, something wasnt so cozy. David did a great job on my massage. I was kind of bummed because of the lack of smell and i aslo didnt get any warm towels like i did at another place the week before however it was 10 bucks cheaper so there is that too. I was extreamly stuffy when i headed out. Didnt care for that much as thats what i was trying yo get away from. The other place offered be a bottle wattered where here i got a cup of water. Overall i give this place 3 stars. David did great. The place has a few things it could do to improve ones experience.

But that's because I am extremely sore from moving. I actually always struggle to find people with enough pressure, so this was so so good! I'm gonna be honest, it was my first time trying a massage like this... You're just in one big room, with a number of beds out in the open. They do keep the lights on the dimmer side so it's a little more relaxing... And they have nice music playing. The massage was so good, I actually forgot that I was in a room with other people. For those of you, who haven't tried this, I would highly recommend coming in. You can make a same-day appointment very easily, which is nice! Also, I would recommend wearing comfortable clothing and minimal makeup- as you stay, fully dressed (minus your shoes) and they include a scalp and small face massage too.

My wife called to schedule me for a massage, Brailly was rude and snarky from the beginning of the conversation and told us our credits expired. Promised a phone call back from the manager Rachel, that never happened. Instead we randomly received a text that appears to be from Brailly, not the manager, banning us from ALL Massage Envy locations. In the message we were told that we have several notes in our account that we are abusive and combative to staff..... which is interesting because Brailly always used to text my wife and I, practically begging us to come in for different services. If I had a client that was abusive and combative, I wouldn't be messaging them trying to get them to come in, and I would have cancelled their membership a long time ago. Don't recommend doing business here.

Their treatments were so effective for me that I now see them on a regular basis for preventative care and because they make me feel great. My life has changed in so many other positive ways in great part due to their ongoing care and encouragement. I have gone from a mostly sedentary lifestyle to working out daily, and even climbing mountains! When I first started treatment with them, I was a new diver and even carrying my own tanks was painful, in fact I loved snorkeling and diving so much because of the pain relieve I experienced in the water. With their help I am now in training not only to carry scuba tanks, but to become a certified rescue diver next month. Although I never practiced professionally, I am a certified massage therapist, and have been treated over the years by many different body work specialists. None come anyone close to the quality and results I enjoy as a client of Untapped Health Fitness and Recovery. They are truly the best in their class.

Unfortunately, that is no longer the experience I received. The atmosphere has changed dramatically. Instead of feeling relaxed and welcomed, I experienced confrontation, inconsistency, and what I felt was a lack of compassion and customer service. Also, if someone asks you to stop hovering and touching them, you'd think they would comply. However, he (the owner) did not. As someone whose health is rapidly declining, these therapies have been more important to me than ever. Because of my medical limitations, I rely on friends and family to help me get there so I purchased punch cards for this reason. It was my understanding that reasonable accommodations would be made when assistance was genuinely needed. Instead, my guests were restricted to three 15-minute therapies, and they were escorted out before I was even informed. That effectively limited my ability to use the "unlimited" membership I was paying for. Rather than working toward a solution, management became defensive and chose to cancel my membership. I'm saddened because the peaceful vision that Alice originally created appears to have been replaced by an environment that no longer reflects the sanctuary it once was. I cannot recommend a business where empathy, communication, and customer care have been overshadowed by rigid policies and poor treatment of loyal members.
