My wife called to schedule me for a massage, Brailly was rude and snarky from the beginning of the conversation and told us our credits expired. Promised a phone call back from the manager Rachel, that never happened. Instead we randomly received a text that appears to be from Brailly, not the manager, banning us from ALL Massage Envy locations. In the message we were told that we have several notes in our account that we are abusive and combative to staff..... which is interesting because Brailly always used to text my wife and I, practically begging us to come in for different services. If I had a client that was abusive and combative, I wouldn't be messaging them trying to get them to come in, and I would have cancelled their membership a long time ago. Don't recommend doing business here.

But that's because I am extremely sore from moving. I actually always struggle to find people with enough pressure, so this was so so good! I'm gonna be honest, it was my first time trying a massage like this... You're just in one big room, with a number of beds out in the open. They do keep the lights on the dimmer side so it's a little more relaxing... And they have nice music playing. The massage was so good, I actually forgot that I was in a room with other people. For those of you, who haven't tried this, I would highly recommend coming in. You can make a same-day appointment very easily, which is nice! Also, I would recommend wearing comfortable clothing and minimal makeup- as you stay, fully dressed (minus your shoes) and they include a scalp and small face massage too.
