The ambiance was very beautiful when i came in. Very serene and calming. Staff was great. When we went to the back portion and into a single room, id say it was kinda blah. If you arent an aromatherapy kinda person then this may have been perfect for you. I on the other hand find it comforting. The bed was luke warm. They did turn it up a bit but i dono, something wasnt so cozy. David did a great job on my massage. I was kind of bummed because of the lack of smell and i aslo didnt get any warm towels like i did at another place the week before however it was 10 bucks cheaper so there is that too. I was extreamly stuffy when i headed out. Didnt care for that much as thats what i was trying yo get away from. The other place offered be a bottle wattered where here i got a cup of water. Overall i give this place 3 stars. David did great. The place has a few things it could do to improve ones experience.

UPDATE 12/04/2025:…read more After I filed a complaint with the Idaho Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division, I received a formal response from the practice's attorney. The letter states it "has been reviewed and approved by Dr. Mark Freeman." This letter: * Minimizes permanent traumatic burns as a mere "red line." * Presents a narrative of follow-up that is contradicted by my documented communications (emails, patient chart records, and cellphone company provided call logs). * Confirms the technician "used a marker to mark treatment areas," yet the practice only offered a refund months later, after intervention by the Attorney General's Office. * Systematically avoids accountability by ignoring my written and in-person requests, thereby abandoning its patient care obligations. The practice has still not provided a diagnosis or treatment plan, and I continue to pay for specialist care independently. This official response indicates the handling of the initial incident was not an isolated error, but part of a broader pattern in my care. I advise potential patients to exercise caution, as post-treatment patient care is critical.

I am pissed off that I paid $350 for the Ombre Brows and on day 3, they were already peeling off, like how dry wax looks, but with fake hair strokes in it and no shading behind it! I didn't feel she was confident either, I had to keep showing her where it was uneven or not right and she'd say, "oh, I see it". She also did not do it how I wanted and her response was "I'm sorry, I can do it on the follow up". I was so annoyed of the lack of confidence and that my face was now already done that I just paid like a dummy, just to get out of there! I am not even going back for the follow up. I now have to have someone else redo her work. Someone saw what she did on me and said it looked bad, like she had used cheap, or bad ink and that her work was not even. I felt embarrassed. I have texted her, called, left vmails and she doesn't respond until maybe 2 days later. After I complained her text response was "follow the instructions" as if I hadn't already and she told me to just "fill in the blank spots with a pencil. I got no phone call, no hello, or any sympathy for my concerns when she finally responded either. Any business u go with, u should be able to get in contact with them and or hear back from them within 24 hrs, she does not!! I have requested my full money back, or even partial and I'm waiting for a response, b4 I take legal actions. This is my face were talking about. I have pics to show as well how it looks from day 3 to now. It's up to u if u wanna throw away ur money, for a complimentary touch up...that's what got me and now look at me...out of $350, jacked up eyebrows and have to get them redone elsewhere....paying again. I think these 17 or so other reviews are full of it and being nice. When I have expressed my concerns, or how they look....it's like she will not call me to reassure or make things better, but it's like she's blaming me for how they are now. That is not good customer service! Look at my pics and u be the judge if u wanna be next in my shoes! Service: Ombre brow
