Food was actually pretty good. Especially the bacon. Ham n cheese omelette was nothing special,but it was still tasty and filled with ham n cheddar. Had to pay $1 extra for toast. Lol. Honestly one of the best bbq joints I have ever ate at!!! The service was impeccable and the owner was even around to talk to us about our food. Amazing guy and so down to earth. If you stop in definitely order the Mac and cheese and corn nuggets as a side simply delicious!!! read more

The food is ok, well the Mac n cheese n collard greens were but I had a chicken fried steak with itand if I tell you the whole thing was smaller (thickness wise) than my iPhone 12 max with an otter box on it. I am not even joking. It had more batter on it than chicken in it. N it was so freaking hard to bite into it because the batter on it was burnt. The dinner roll was amazing. The French fries n Philly cheese my husband has was very good according to him. The sweet tea was very good and free refills was a bonus, small place and only had one waitress on during lunch rush and it was slamming poor waitress was running around like crazy but she was handling it. But I think they should have had one for the dining room and one for the counter place and take out orders. read more

Was highly disappointed. Always was a great place to get a quick bite. Today we was really looking forward to eating there. I ordered the pork chop and it was so small and the collards that are normally delicious was so spicy i could not eat them. Service was so so. This makes me sad cuz it was 1 of my fav. places to eat. when we checked out wasn't ask how our meal was, might have been a good thing. This was our first time here and we won't be returning. The food came out Ice cold. When my boyfriend said something about it because she wasn't even acknowledging that I was even there , she made smart allicy comment to another person and again in the kitchen. Used to be our favorite place but Something has changed. Onion rings were burnt, French fries were half raw. A double charge on bill explained away by night manager plus an additional 4% for credit card use which is then taxed. Food is good but lately everything you get from the meat and 3 menu is ice cold when you get it to go and like warm if you eat in. Used to be our go to place but nothing has improved so we choose other places. I wish they would figure this out because they do have good food. read more

Shealy's PDQ II is normally a great place to drop in for a quick bite. Their burgers are top shelf. The fish filet is almost too big to eat. Hot dogs are great. Tea is wonderful. Not so much the Chicken Tenders. Tenders is the operative word here. I ordered the small plate tonight, three tenders with curley fries. The chicken tenders were inedible. The breading was fried so done you could not penetrate with a fork. When we brought this to the attention to the staff(2) they offered to replace, we declined. We could not eat the meal. We were charged full price when we checked out. Not a good thing! read more
