The prices were pretty much on par with other jewelers, if not maybe a bit better! The process of having the rings made was not perfect for sure, there were adjustments that needed to be made not just to the sizing but also the general design of the ring (adjusting the orientation of the stone, making sure the details matched the original display ring we saw in store, etc...). That said, what was exceptional was the care and dedication they put into making sure our rings were perfect. Everyone at Michael's made themselves available to us to address our concerns, and we always felt welcome in store! They were transparent about how long adjustments would take, and never charged us a penny for any of that additional work. Their customer service is exceptional. As for the rings, the final products are very nice. We always get compliments on how beautiful they are. We would recommend Michael's Fine Jewelry as a great option.
