The length of the dress was already fine so no hemming to shorten the dress was requested or necessary. The dress is quite roomy in the arm holes due to being a little large for me. After a seamstress had pinned up the requested changes a different seamstress took my dress to the service counter telling me it would be ready 1 week from today. Me: " That sounds great" There was a small order slip with $65 already written on it. She asked my name and phone number. She wrote my information on that very little slip. Then she says: "That will be $65" Me: "You want me to pay you for work that you have not done and I'm not seeing the fit is even correct for me?" Her: "That's our policy." Me: "Give me my dress back."

One time I needed some jeans hemmed before I went on a hunting trip and they did them while I waited. I am astounding at how they can fix my shirts that see rough use, when I wasn't sure they could fix them. These are skilled artisans, and I think their prices are more than fair. I appreciate how they will always tell me up front how much things will cost, so there are not any surprises. The workers there are always friendly, and are efficient in getting me rung up and out of there quickly. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Also, I have noticed a few reviews complain about cost. My response is 1. Alterations are not based on what you originally paid for the garment. 2. These are highly skilled artisans and deserve to be paid for their skills and knowledge. 3. They give you a price UP FRONT so you get to decide if you want them to do the work. Don't agree to have them do the work then come back and complain the price is too high. Lastly, I have never had a problem with them, but I know they are good people. If there is ever a problem they are more than happy to fix any issues, just communicate with them and they will fix it. They have always been awesome for me, I love this place!

Not even 5 minutes later I was assisted. Directed to the rental suits I needed for groomsmen. Went through all the line items needed to knock out my rental setup. Was then measured and fitted for another wedding I am in. It's as easy as providing them the account number from that wedding account. Lastly I was walked through all of the parts of ordering my custom suit for my upcoming wedding. This was an easy process. For anyone familiar with custom suits I was able to pick everything I wanted down to the stitching on the burton holes ($600). Starting price was $360 before my add ons. They also have many selections on the rack with a ton of clearance apparel. Definitely will be returning for other men's apparel they have in house. Tech pants, shorts, dress shirts, jackets etc. A one stop shop for anyone wanting quality apparel. Will update my review once my custom suit arrives and I've been fully through their rental process.

I called before I came to make sure she had the time as her shop was quite a drive for me. My daughter tried the dress on in her shop and she told me the alterations would be "easy". She assured me it could be done prior to prom, specifically the day before. I called the afternoon before we were scheduled to pick up the dress and she reported it would be ready the next day by 12:00. She did not indicate any hiccups, I clarified the time, the price and which dress we had brought (as she initially had no clue). When we arrived at 12:30 the next day, she hadn't even touched the dress. She had it for a week and didn't communicate any difficulties in meeting the deadline. She tried to blame me for somehow not reading her mind effectively and "bringing in my own fabric", had given us three different price points, and told me to "go buy my daughter a dress that fits". Although she put us in a difficult position, I don't think she is malicious. She is unprofessional and disorganized.
