After administering a hearing test he came into the office and asked "what I could I do for you" ? I explained in detail about my vertigo and dizziness. He checked my ears and nasal cavity and said everything was clear. He then uttered " what can I do for you". I explained to him again that I was very dizzy and lightheaded and was recommended to see him. He said there was nothing he could do for me and told me to follow him to the reception area. The bottom line is I didn't stop and they found a doctor in New Jersey who diagnosed me with Ménière's disease and could not believe my story about the ENT..12 Paul Vastola has the personality of a doorknob even though he's a medical doctor as I would never treat my patients like that. And starts making excuses and blaming me for something her staff is responsible for.. then I ask her who answers the phones the dr line and how come they don't know why they don't know what's insurance they take and didn't verify. This is when a very large fat woman named Nicole comes storming at me puffing her chest yelling at me tightening her fists. I said does she want to fight me? She extremely unprofessional rude and disrespectful. I can't believe she is employed here.
