This is probably the one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor. Being a doctor…read moremyself I have been suffering from vertigo and my neurologist recommended ENT allergy where Paul Vastola has his Staten Island office. After administering a hearing test he came into the office and asked "what I could I do for you" ? I explained in detail about my vertigo and dizziness. He checked my ears and nasal cavity and said everything was clear. He then uttered " what can I do for you". I explained to him again that I was very dizzy and lightheaded and was recommended to see him. He said there was nothing he could do for me and told me to follow him to the reception area. The bottom line is I didn't stop and they found a doctor in New Jersey who diagnosed me with Ménière's disease and could not believe my story about the ENT..12 Paul Vastola has the personality of a doorknob even though he's a medical doctor as I would never treat my patients like that. You have been given fair warning!!

Amazingly, he did 3 passes of the needle with only a numbing spray and I didn't even flinch - it wasn't a zero but he talked to me and explained exactly what he was doing so that distracted me enough for it to be a very mild amount of discomfort. Dr Ciecko is a true professional and I trust him completely after this interaction. I can understand why everyone who sees him loves him. Re

I spoke with a lady gave her my complete information to verify. She said Yes we take your insurance and gave me an appt with a Dr with a last name with a B. I took the elevator up to two. Walked in and gave the guy my insurance and I'd. He looked at my insurance and said oh no we don't take this. I said excuse me.
