One may be reluctant to use these Assistants but I must say I found one of them, Dr Siclari, very thorough, very patient and extremely knowledgeable. Even when I took blood tests she made sure to call me up and give me the results. While she is young, she reminds me of the old time Doctors I used to have who knew you and cared for you with sincerity. With all these walk-ins popping up, some of which I used, you don't get that personal care. So don't have negative connotations about a physician assistant examining you. Rest assured if you see Dr Siclari, you will be seen by a decent, well educated and caring individual.

She's very caring compassionate and was able to accommodate an appointment for today it's hard to find good help these days and I appreciate the willingness for her to go above and beyond to get him an appointment. I appreciate her very much and obtaining an appointment for him on such short notice very understanding on the phone very knowledgeable and the appointment was done less than five minutes. Thank you Paulette Caruso for being top-notch. I hope your manager recognizes you in the office

His front desk has always been rude but today was where they crossed the line. The gave us the run around to make sure our insurance was accepted and we did all that they asked. I made three different phone calls to Humana and their office and Paullette from their office said we were good to go. Then we get to the office and the blonde receptionist bluntly says, we don't accept this insurance. I clapped back real quick because I had someone from Humana call their office to confirm just an hour before. My mother has a PPO - she is not playing around so I was not about to let her or her supervisor, Dawn, turn us away because of their own laziness. I get the Humana agent on the line (who was phenomenal) and we together now wait there for another hour for Dawn and her front desk to get their act together. After 75 minutes, we had enough and are about to walk out when they say "Wait! the doctor will see her". I asked is it cleared up? The blonde in the front says "I don't know". Apparently their boss Dave now magically had the power to let my elderly mother see the doctor. Why didn't they do this when we arrived? I didn't want my mom to get now get a huge out of pocket bill so we walked ourselves right out of that mess of a business they think is a medical practice. A note to this office - you are exactly why the American healthcare system is broken. You make insured citizens of this country feel like they have to beg for an appointment to see a mediocre doctor. If you hate your job find a new one. Don't punish patients for your own misery.

I have had trust issues in the past with doctors, physician assistants and other nurse practitioners; they didn't care about me or my well being; I was just another patient. With Christina, she cares. She listens to all your concerns and is truly there for all her patients. I have sat in her exam room and have cried to her over medical issues; at no time did she rush me. She is my new PCP (primary care physician.) She is also my husband's doctor. As of now, I have…read moreseen her twice. What I like about her is that she is very thorough. She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.

I was seen by a doctor and called because I had a question about my results. They refused to let me speak directly to the doctor stating "well, that's not happening." I had to make a follow up appointment. Opposite of health care. They're very demeaning when they talk to you. Needless to say, I changed doctors.

When the healing just wasn't happening like it should have and the pain was too unbearable, Dr. Bhatia at Richmond Interventional Pain Management was recommended to me by a NeuroSurgeon. Between my first visit with Dr. Bhatia, all the way to today's visit, that man has helped me through revision surgeries to my spine, Nerve Blocker shots, Radiofrequency Ablation shots, held my hand when I had my Spinal Cord Stimulator (w/another NeuroSurgeon) and so many other issues. The office ladies are absolute DOLLS! They attend to/return calls, answer questions (assuming they know the answer!) or will get back to you with the answer you're looking for. The PA's & Nursing staff is just as awesome. Super sweet, quick to make you comfortable and easy to speak to. I've recommended this practice to a friend of mine. I'll hope no one else needs a doctor that specializes in Pain, but should they need one, I'd only recommend this Practice.

He made sarcastic comments about my families medical history, and interpersonal issues, that were highly triggering and upsetting. For a first impression it was pretty jarring. He knew things about my family, that I hadnt discussed with him myself, and for him to bring them up with lack of consideration for my feelings on our first meeting... It felt invasive, unprofessional, inappropriate, insensitive and out of bounds. I felt super uncomfortable, and violated and was shaking when I left. I haven't been back since the first visit. The office hours make it pretty hard to make appointments, and the behavior of the woman at the front desk is highly unpleasant - she was awfully rude whenever I inquired about refills on medication or to make appointments. I went once and never went back. Horrible, and traumatic experience.
