He recognized the emergency and sent me to the hospital for tests. During our first meeting, he was very thorough and professional. He didn't miss anything about my health issues. At the hospital, it was clear he was a very respected professional. The next morning, he telephoned me to follow up about my ER visit. He checked the prescriptions I had been given and ascertained that the dosage was incorrect, so he called CVS and changed my prescription immediately. I appreciate having an old-school doctor who spends time with his patients and makes sure their medical issues are managed correctly. Not every person who calls himself/herself a doctor will do that. In fact, most spend the requisite 15 minutes with each patient and never follow up. I was impressed by Dr. Ayyad's commitment and professionalism and plan to stay with him as his patient as long as he will keep me.

Dr. Mosack was amazing too, friendly, asked many relevant questions and follow up questions and made sure to clarify. He was very detailed and thorough with his recommendations and prescriptions. Follow up in 2 weeks, he does late nights on Mondays up until 8pm. I was put on waiting list so if there are cancellations they will call me. I was very impressed overall.

When I went there my name was not anywhere on record and the nurses there refused to accept my insurance and tried to take me on cash payment. None of them accepted the responsibility for the entire blunder and waste of my time after waiting for 1 month. They offered an utterly stupid sorry. I didn't get caught to their trap to take money. I found a few others who had suffered similar fates.

The pain Is similar to a hair removal treatment; Tolerable , feels like a small burn/sting. I think he was very extensive with the treatment in fact I think he went above and beyond to treat my legs. I booked another session to completely eradicate any sign I ever had spider veins. Laurie of Billing in particular. Extremely rude, unprofessional and tremendously unsympathetic. She treated me as though I ran up a bill in a department store and not that I was having trouble paying my unexpected medical bill. And for the record I was not the only patient she spoke to like this. So my advice is try to avoid staff as much as possible!

Called the office a number of times and never received a return call. Went to the office hoping to see the doctor and was told he was leaving and couldn't see me and I would get an antibiotic. Asked why there never was a return call and he said he was having issues with the phone. Tried the office again the following day and when I walked in the male receptionist told me did I think I was entitled walking in and since I haven't been there in 2 years what did I expect. Needless to say I walked out after being insulted and reprimanded and found another doctor and I was diagnosed with bronchitis. Dr Buono is a wonderful doctor but it's impossible to get past his rude male receptionist. Needless to say, due to the incredibly insolence of the male receptionist there are 3 less patients for that office. He needs to have a course in patient etiquette and proper and polite discourse.

They also told me to fast just in case they drew blood so it was nice to speed things up. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and they were great about it and still welcomed me in. Forms were short and easy. Dr asked questions about my lifestyle and relaxed me a bit with easy conversations as I get nervous at Doctors offices. I'm new to the area so he recommended other practices (dentist & obgyn). His staff was very friendly and gave me the cool places to eat around town. They really have a family type of atmosphere.
