I been a patient here probably since around 2009-2010. I had severe GI issues that I could not get…read moreunder control. When his place was run by Dr Parikh, he got everything under control and I been on the same medication since then. I would visit every six months and I would get a thorough check up from him personally. Since he retired, I have only seen the doctor for a minute or two post procedure and every time I only see the PA. This would be fine, but most times my prescription is filled out incorrectly and can't be processed by my mail prescription service. This past time, they wrote it for 50 days instead of the required 90 days. I called and was told they can't fix it and I need to make another appointment to see the PA. So now, I don't see the doctor anymore during visits, and I can't even get the medication I require to keep my GI issues under control. The office refused to tell the PA or Doctor and told me I must make another appointment, because they won't resend a corrected prescription without me coming back in again. I already had an appointment for less than a month from now, and was told I must wait till then or come in again sooner just to talk to the PA again to have them correct THEIR mistake.

I was told after sending several messages from Dr. Sherman's portal to which no one responded that I would receive a call later that day but no one called. Therefore my appointment wasn't confirmed. The only response I got was 2 days later, chiding me about how a no show disrupts the practice, from Dr. Sherman who never responded to my query. It seems he and his staff do not communicate. They never confirmed the appointment with me but they didn't explain that to Dr. Sherman.

He gave me because I was still a little out of it from the anesthesia but when I got home, I looked over the papers and it said that I had a medium sized hernia. Why was this not told to me right after the procedure?? Another time I had an appointment and I show up and the place is closed. I call the next day and they tell me they called to inform me.
