She is my new PCP (primary care physician.) She is also my husband's doctor. As of now, I have…read moreseen her twice. What I like about her is that she is very thorough. She is not one of the doctors who sees a patient for five minutes and then rushes them out the door. She really takes her time to listen to her patient's concerns, to double check things for herself in addition to going over test results with the patient in person. This leads to the only dilemma of the office, all the doctors are like that so if you expect a quick wait you will be disappointed. Schedule a visit on a day when you don't have work because you will be waiting between one and two hours after your original appointment time. This is because she as well as the other two doctors here really take the time with their patients. Trust me, it is worth the wait.

Plus always be prepared to wait at least 2-2.5 hrs in the office no matter what time your appt is for. Been going to him for YEARS and the shortest wait time once was 1.5 hrs. BTW- he's no longer on Victory Blvd. but on Richmond Ave. for quite some time now.

So, I went to his office, personally. I was sick... like, really sick. He was my PCP. I did this two days in a row (went into his office), really sick.... AND STILL, HE WOULD NOT SEE ME. Really? There were 3 people in his non-crowded office when I arrived. I was the second one to walk in. He turned me away two days in a row. Wait - did I say my PCP turned me away, two days in a row? Sick... really sick. Yes! That @$$ really did. What the heck? What a sham, this lousy person calls himself a doctor. Can you tell my frustration, anger, resentment? There was one nice office assistant who was trying to help me, but Doctor Dolittle did not want to help, or even take one minute to see me OR even tell me himself that he did not want to see me. What a Sucker! At least tell someone to their face, who came to your office in pain, two days in a row that you don't want to see them or can't see them.... MAKE SOMETHING UP. Lastly, the office was just gross (on the outside & on the inside). Truly trashy... you can see it driving the office. Totally devalues the building/neighborhood. On the inside - the walls are damaged (water or termites - idk), and falling apart. Moldy carpet. Rickety doors, squeaking... I just feel bad for the staff that works for that sham.

First…read moreoff, scheduling was easy the ladies accommodated me on Saturday which I was happy to know they are open on Saturdays. They also told me to fast just in case they drew blood so it was nice to speed things up. I was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and they were great about it and still welcomed me in. Forms were short and easy. Dr asked questions about my lifestyle and relaxed me a bit with easy conversations as I get nervous at Doctors offices. I'm new to the area so he recommended other practices (dentist & obgyn). His staff was very friendly and gave me the cool places to eat around town. They really have a family type of atmosphere. Overall, super happy with the experience and I'm so glad I attended this practice.
