Not much was accomplished and we were told that Our Insurance reguired us to stop for a period of time. When we returned we had a the BEST PT there in Mr. G He was amazing and so Very Helpful. The Office Staff Other Staff that did the TENS etc were really great & Very Helpful. But again we ere told in even much less time that we could NO longer get PT and had to Stop again. Spoke to Insurance and was told that they were still covering our PT and that this was NOT true. WE had our Physicians Authorization and if we needed more then another Authorization would be given. Mr. Wong told us we had to leave or we could stay & pay out of Pocket when our Insurance stopped Paying! We reported this to our Insurance . We have stopped going & will NOT return to be treated so badly. It would seem Dr. Wong only wants to get paid out of Pocket rather than deal with Insurances. IWe feel he was totally disinterested & Our Insurance was going to stop(which the Insurance told Us that was Not true) but we could stay and then get Billed Directly . We have left! After 2-3 weeks of PT at Grasmere, the pain was WAY better, I was able to go back to work after 6 weeks, and I'm happy to say that my back is now pain-free! Dr. Igor is very patient and knowledgeable, and the massage therapists are all great as well. The office staff are also really nice and were incredibly helpful in dealing with my insurance.
