If I can give Grasmere therapy more than five stars, I would for many reasons. I had severe lower back (herniated disks, Sciatica) and Piriformis disorder which I was not aware of before I consulted with Dr. Igor. The pain was constant especially when I was sitting to the extent that literally I was not able to sit more than five minutes..I went to pain management Dr. and he suggested injections if physical therapy does not work. I did my homework and researched different physical therapist until I found Grasmere therapy. The level of transparency and professionalism exceeded my expectations. Dr. Igor and his staff are dedicated, professional, warm, and supportive. Dr. Igor pinpointed the Piriformis disorder after checking me and assured me that it will get better if I committed. And it did !!! I have been with them for two months and almost all of the pain I suffered for months and months have disappeared. I will recommend them for anyone who is in pain and feel hopeless like I did..There was a time I used to take 5 tablets of pain killers a day..not anymore. After suffering a shoulder injury, my doctor recommended that I see a physical therapist. I highly recommend Grasmere Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. The facility is bright and clean. Dr. Tserlyuk is very pleasant and competent. He is very caring and thorough. His staff is also very caring, professional, pleasant. Appointments are very well scheduled. I never found myself sitting and waiting around to be treated. I showed up at my scheduled time. Treatment began right away. Initially, I could not lift my arm or even put on my shirt. Dr. Tserlyuk, diagnosed my problem and laid out a personalized program for me to follow. Gradually my arm and shoulder got better. After 8 weeks of physical therapy, I can honestly say I am pain free and I have 100% range of motion. I could not be more satisfied. I'm having a really great experience with Grasmere PT. I needed to do pre-hab PT for an ACL replacement and decided to try GPT based on the reviews. I was very well looked after from the first time I walked in . I was given an evaluation right away and started PT the next day. I have returned after my surgery and they are working hard to get my back on my feet. Dr. T is very friendly, he takes his time to get to know you and your condition personally. He is always in the rehab room so he can see and help with any and all things going on with the parents. In addition, he has an excellent assistant, John who will be your main guid through recovery and will explain and help you do all the exercises correctly. There is also a full compliment of staff who can stretch you, massage you etc. It's very personalized and hands on care and I recommend it highly. read more

Amazing doctor and a super friendly staff. I came in with a compound fracture to my left ankle. 3 major surgeries (7 plates, 22 screws). I was given a period of 36 week recovery after my 3rd and final surgery. I am now in week 8 and I am able to weight bare and move my toes and ankle on my own as well. I am well ahead of schedule and I believe that this is because of the hands on care of Dr.Tserlyuk. I come 4X a week and he is next to me every step of the way. I would honestly suggest this place and this doctor to all friends and family. If you truly care to rehabilitate yourself and get better, than this is the place for you. this is a magic ! i was seen in er with unknown couse of knee pain, unable to walk, suffer all night with severe pain. 2 days later limping in to office of dr tserlyuk, ,seen smiling kathy at the front desk , barely climb to stretcher , dr igor did stretching maneuver . genya did excellent massage, john set up the stimulating tent , anna made sure i am comfortable, all stuff was working as a team, make me feel better already . and guess what ? right after first treatment was done, i walk by my self with almost no pain, will come back tomorrow for more treatment and relaxinf atmosphere thanks dr igor and great supportive team team read more

I was injured in the line of duty ( MOS ) several years ago and finally needed total knee replacement. I had been in physical therapy in the past but nothing like the quality treatment that I am recieving from Dr. Tserlyuk and his staff. He is extremely knowledgeable and concerned that I recieve the treatment that I need. He explains what he is doing and why which is important to me since if I understand what is going on, I am much more cooperative. I love this place have been going for the past three weeks and already seeing significant improvement in my knee pain. The great part about the therapy here is that is truly is comprehensive and GUIDED. Dr. Igor will mix things up in order to get YOU the best results. From manual stretching, Myofascial techniques, adjustments, he does it all. My child was experiencing knee pain and instead of going to an orthopedist who will spend just 3 minutes and take an X ray I went to Dr. Igor who diagnosed him without the need of any special machinery, just his clinical judgment and expertise.
