The therapist were than happy with listening to my background and planning my future after hip replacement. From the moment you enter the office, Arlene was friendly and more the willing to help in any way, I had called on a Saturday at 1pm and the receptionist answered my main concerns and that is so important to me. Now the therapist Demetrios was fantastic, listening and moving in the correct direction, he gave me a comfort level I felt several years ago in all aspects of recovery I needed. Shirley Lee is also special therapist in setting the bar you thought you couldn't go, so fortunate to listen to friends and their recommendations. Another therapist Marcello kept me in line also, reassuring me watching over his time with me Just a moving forward program from the Sarrica Physical Therapy Group has been very fortunate for me.

For a couple of years I'm visiting Dr. Beneditsky with lower back and some other osteopathic problems. He helped me from the first procedure, I could not turn my body at waist even at 45 gegrees and I immediately saw his attentiveness to my problems, I saw his humane willingness to help me with my back problems, I admitted his highly professional attitude. He is always giving worth advices how to avoid or at least lower the stress on my back shoving exercises or advising to ride a bike instead of walking, swimming, etc... He is an athlete himself. Before finding him on Google through his positive feed backs, I visited a few really good doc. who also helped me a lot, but not as much and deep as Dr. Beneditsky. Recently, when he was on vacation, I came to quite a good doc. on Bay Ridge with a shoulder problem from constant use of comp. mouse. I visit that doc. twice, but without really good result. As soon as Dr. Beneditsky came from vacation I was in his office. An hour and a half later, when all the procedures were finished, I felt no pain in my shoulder. I was afraid that the pain will come in a day or two, but a week gone by, ... no pain. I visit him a few times more to secure the success. He is a man who was born to be a doctor and that is our advantage and we have to use his talent. Now I'm not waiting now when I got a problem again and trying to visit him twice or at least once a month. By the way, I pay cash and counting the super professional massage, his manipulations with my joints all over my body and how I feel rejuvenated for days and days after, I count the cost is minimal to the scale of improvement and quality of his and his stuff performance.

If you're researching pelvic floor therapy in Brooklyn like I was a year ago, just know you found it! I don't know where I would be without Erin at Flow. Months after being struck by a van, I was post-whiplash with constant vertigo and a hypertonic pelvic floor. It took multiple doctor visits to find one who diagnosed my pelvic floor issues and told me to find a pelvic floor therapist. And then I found Erin at Flow. She has made a huge difference for me with both pelvic floor therapy AND releasing my tight fascia in my neck and tmj, which is helping me out of the "woods" with my vertigo. (Did you know your jaw and your pelvic floor are connected by fascia? Who knew ?) You think pelvic floor therapy might be weird and embarrassing, but Erin makes the whole experience feel totally ok. She is well-trained, experienced, insightful, and just really good at what she does. (I can give you a LIST of doctors NOT to go to ... but if you need a pelvic floor therapist, you'll just need this ONE.)

I tried to call several times no one picked up the phone. So i made an online appointment from their website. It went through Zoc Doc. It turned out i had No Appointment even though they had all the info I had sent. Someone was to call me BUT no one did. The real kicker was that after all that i was informed that despite their website saying they treated Pelvic Floor. they DON'T. I DO NOT LIVE CLOSE TO THERE AND WENT ONLY BECAUSE OF THEIR WEBSITE SAYING THEY WERE SPECIALIST IN MY PROBLEM AREA. So for all their ineptitude and misinformation I am giving them 1 star

This is a phenomenal practice with skilled therapists. Every single person I have seen here has…read morebeen excellent. This is my second time in physical therapy (for different reasons) and I came back to Optimum because of my incredibly positive experience the last time (2 years ago). I'm shocked I didn't write a review back then! Im here to get treatment on my back after having a baby. Being pregnant took a toll on my body and an MRI revealed 2 herniated discs. So far all my sessions begin with a few minutes on a stim machine, with a hot compress. After that, my therapist will do manual work/massge therapy on my back (my favorite part!) and at the end she will guide me through exercises. I really love that they don't just give me a piece of paper, direct me toward a machine, & let me do the exercise on my own (lots of PT practices do exactly that) but rather my PT is right there with me, guiding me through the exercises and making sure my form and position are correct. They also have a really need portal you can log into where your therapist sends you an exercise program for you to do at home. That portal offers a shirt description.of each exercise, including a 'how to' video and there's even a space for you to send notes to your therapist. When you complete an exercise you get "points". It's super motivating for me and gameifying homework is always a plus. Outside of that the office is always clean & presentable. The staff is very friendly (entire staff from reception to interns to PTs) and professional. I've seen a few of the PTs here and they're all amazing. This is a really special place and I actually looking forward to my sessions! Kinda weird to write such a detailed review of a PT office but I love them that much and I'm slowly feeling and getting better and better so I had to give them props and show some love. If you need a physical therapist, I would highly recommend this place.

I provided my insurance information and was scheduled for an appointment on 06/11/25. I asked her if I can come in to tour the facility and she said yes. I went in the following day 06/06/25 and was given a tour by the manager. I informed her that I was interested in aqua therapy and she asked which insurance did I have. I informed her and she said yes we accept Emblem GHI. Again....great! Arrived to my appointment on 06/11/25 and provided my insurance information again with a cash copay which I paid but wasn't informed prior that they only accept cash. I saw a male therapist (who didn't introduce himself). He asked me about my health condition and did a less than 5 minute evaluation. He never took me into a private room to assess my range of motion (I've had multiple therapy sessions and the initial evaluation was always done privately). He then said we have to get authorization from your insurance company. I asked approximately how long will that take. He said about two days, I said okay and left. I waited patiently and decided to give them a call on 06/17/25. I called and spoke with someone who said that the manager will call me back in about an hour....no call. I called back 06/18/25 and informed the person about my call the previous day and did not receive a call back. She said the manager will call you back in a few minutes.....no call. I called about 2 1/2 hours later stressing the important of obtaining some information. She said hold on and then came back and said we don't accept your insurance. WHAT!!! I wonder at what point were they going to inform me and at what point during the two weeks did they realize that they did not accept my insurance. I would not recommend this facility just for their unprofessionalism.
