The chairs for patients are extremely uncomfortable. The patient sinks into the chair and has a serious problem getting up. This place has no windows. The only ventilation is air conditioning that is mostly turned off. After 15 minutes of waiting, 10 patients start having trouble breathing and all cough at once. It is very dangerous for people with asthma. People wait in the hallway or street to avoid coughing. (Maybe keeping the door open will help). Recently I had three doctor's appointments in one day. One appointment was cancelled, and I got there 2 hours early. This place is always full of patients. The nurse Practitioner who usually takes care of me had time to go outside 3 times... I waited exactly 2 hours to be seen for a 5-minute procedure. Next time I will think twice. The choice is yours!

I don't even know where to start, as I have NEVER in my entire life been treated this way by a…read morehealthcare professional. My experience at this facility was gut wrenching to say the least. It literally had me in tears by the time I gotten to my car. I'm writing this review with the hopes It can be a step toward making sure others don't experience the same treatment, and even prompt this facility to reassess their practices. I arrived on 10/28 at 2:42 PM for my 2:45 PM appointment to see Dr. Mann for the progressively worsening pain in my neck/ back / shoulder/ elbow & both hands . I promptly filling out the required paperwork and returning it to the receptionist, I was asked to wait. After waiting for approximately 15 min, I approached the receptionist to ask if Dr. Mann was running on time. I was assured that he was and was told to continue waiting. Ten min later, I inquired again and received the same response. At 3:17 PM, I was finally brought to an exam room, where an assistant took my blood pressure, which was noticeably high. I asked how high, she said 167 over (and I didn't hear the rest).I waited an additional 10 min. in the exam room before I returned to the receptionist area to inquire about the delay. One receptionist was kind enough to check on the doctor and informed me that he was on his way. I was taken to a different Room by the lovely male assistant. I'm guessing Dr. Mann finally received my paperwork as he had questions which he asked the male assistant to ask me. The assistant walked back and forth 2 times to deliver my responses to him. I had to ask, why did he not just come into the room and ask me these questions in person. When Dr. Mann did enter the room, there was NO apology or acknowledgment of the long wait. Instead, his demeanor was brusque and unwelcoming, which made me feel as if my time and health concerns were inconsequential. Rather than addressing my questions directly, he seemed annoyed, and when I mentioned the delay, he dismissed my concern by saying, "No one goes to a doctor and be seen at the exact appointment time." He further went on to insisted he was not late as I was taken into the exam room and seen By who! the assistant who ONYL took my blood pressure while texting on her phone. Additionally, despite my elevated blood pressure, he neither acknowledged it nor offered further guidance, which left me feeling as though my health was not being taken seriously. How could you allow a patient to leave with elevated blood pressure levels. He then said there are other patients he was seeing. Fine, not an issue. I was just asking to be communicated with. I told him he had poor bedside manners and it went even more left. He even told me I'm not making the situation any better. I asked how long will this visit take as he was 45 min late. He then insisted again he was NOT late and with an attitude stated "as long as I wanted it to" Pardon, how do you tell a patient that. This interaction ended after two minutes. He stormed out the exam room left me behind & headed directly to the front desk and stated abruptly "she can leave". As a health care professional we take an oath to do no harm. Waiting for so long without updates, feeling dismissed, and dealing with a lack of empathy can make a difficult situation so much harder. Healthcare providers should show compassion, professionalism, and respect and no one should have to leave an appointment feeling worse than when they arrived. For me it was the lack of communication and empathy from that initial receptionist and doctor. I think it's perfectly reasonable to expect both timely care and basic courtesy, and neither of these should be compromised, especially in a healthcare setting. I think we all deserve a healthcare provider who prioritizes not only our physical health but also treats you with the respect and compassion every patient deserves. I am very concerned that this experience reflects a lack of regard for patients' time and well-being. I came in with my pain at a 7 and left there with it on 10.... In

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Do not go to this person for bunion surgery. He will lie and take…read moreadvantage then last minute ask if it's okay for some med student to be in the operating room during your surgery. He used my own insecurities about how my foot looked against me to convince me to get toe shortening's promising it'd make my toes better than they were before and that I would end up with hammertoes if he didn't shorten them. All while assuring me the procedure was completely routine and safe, that he's performed hundreds of them (horrifying to reflect on now). I feel dumb for ever believing him. By shortening the toes he created hammertoes and arthritis in the middle joints. My surgery was performed september 2020. He caused a large bone spur to form, increased the angle of my bunion, took too much bone so now I'd need a bone graft from my hip to fix, and further rotated the sesimoid so that only one knob hits the ground when I walk making it incredibly painful to walk barefoot or without cushioned insoles. Not to mention my previously functioning lesser toes being crippled by his "corrective" surgery. He is a bad bad person. Do not go to him. If you need bunion surgery I highly suggest going to an orthopedic foot surgeon as I'm discovering more and more that most podiatrist surgeons should not be trusted for any surgery. I wish I'd known more at the time and I wish there had been more on the internet warning me of the predatory nature of podiatry or else I'd still have my functioning toes and wouldn't need another surgery to correct the bunion he only made worse. He 100000% should not have a medical license at this point. Remember, health care in this country is a for-profit BUSINESS. Do not get conned by going to this person.

It's incredibly sad that helping people has become a commercial, money making machine. I had a very…read moredisappointing and life changing experience with Dr Voloshin DPM, of Brooklyn, NY. He performed a major reconstruction of both my feet in 2020. Since then, I've had a new type of pain that isn't going away, and completely deformed, crooked toes. I went to multiple post op opinions, last being with an orthopedic surgeon from HSS and everyone was horrified with my scars, surgery, and before/after photos. Everyone is asking 'why?' In retrospect, my biggest mistake was not getting a second opinion after seeing Dr Voloshin. I blindly trusted in what Dr Voloshin told me (he is a 'doctor' after all!) . I had no concept of understanding of how surgery should be done and what are the risks associated with it. Dr Voloshin didn't explain the risks to me of the procedures he was going to do, like toe shortening, ironically, he assured me, that I won't even notice, that anything was performed on my toes, that flexibility will back 100% in a few months, that I'm going to thank him forever,"I guess won't forget him now forever". If he would have told me that the toes may not heal properly because of how RISKY the surgery was, that the toes are going to be stiff forever - I would have never agreed to the surgery. My toes and feet were healthier before, I didn't have a hammer toe, but now, only God knows how I can find a specialist who can fix the awful, botched job that Dr Voloshin performed on me. I'm only 37.On top of it all, I am not able to do any sports or physical activity because of the amount of pain I'm in and stiffness of my toes.I'm destroyed. Dr Voloshin should not be operating on anyone and should not be trusted. P.s. I'll attach my photos even it's mentally very hard to post them.

When I asked if it is possible to dampen the lights in their office, which were too bright even for my husband, Dr. Kreyner came out of the patient area, which was almost empty, and stated that these lights are everywhere, and their office was not for me, a woman who is healing after having a concussion from a car accident that happened outside of US, and came to him to work on my partially torn rotator cuff of my right arm. Dr. Kreyner proceeded to tell me further, several times that I would not like their office inside, and besides that... I needed to have a referral from a doctor to be seen by him, although I told him several times in front of my husband that I had a referral. Dr. Kreyner was also publicly annoyed with his secretary and told her that we were in the network, not out of network. He seemed unhappy, negative, stressed out, unprofessional, and made assumptions that I would also mind the noise, which I never said I minded. CARE QUALITY: NONE. What care? Dr. Kreyner was dismissive, uncaring, and not empathic. I would not want to be treated by him and would not recommend this doctor to anyone. He never looked at my history nor evaluated, nor asked any questions about my medical condition, he simply did not want to work with me. TYPE OF CARE: NONE PROVIDED. I would say avoid this office and this doctor. Maybe he is the owner who is just exhausted and tired that went into the healing profession "for financial reasons," not to heal others, and does not want to be bothered by patients. In general, I did not see too many patients in his office. With this attitude, who would want to go to his office? I made a decision then to leave their office. Dr. Kreyner is right, their office is not for me, and not for other women who maybe in similar situation like me trying to get help.
