She told me I should have a nerve block and when I had no more pain I could get stem cell therapy. She told me that my insurance covered everything. I made an appointment for the following week at her Manhattan location. I went into Manhattan to start the protocol we discussed. I was informed by the receptionist that only the nerve block was covered and the stem cell therapy was not covered and would be thousands of dollars out of pocket. I asked to speak with the doctor. The doctor was hesitant to tell me the truth. I told her you know I came to you for stem cell therapy why did you tell me everything was covered by my insurance when stem cell therapy is not covered. She is trying to do other things that she gets paid for and when it comes to the stem cell therapy that's when she tells you it's out of pocket. What kind of doctor tries to scam their patients????? It's disgusting to deceive your patients. DON'T FALL FOR IT. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR
