I waited in the ER until around 2am when they decided to take me over. When I arrived it was the worst ER that I have ever been in . I was wheeled right up against another patient who was vomiting into a bucket , on the other side was a man who was having psychiatric problems . I saw a PA and had blood taken ..No curtains in between just all the stretches pushed together . They finally wheeled me over to a room on the side that looked like a storage room where I stayed for a few more hours, no one else came in and there was no way to get a nurse , sides on the bed up so no way to get to the bathroom . I finally at around 6 am saw a heavy set woman who worked there . She walked in the room apparently to get supplies she may have been a nursing assistant I'm not sure . I asked if she could call the nurse for me she just turned and looked at me as she walked back out and with a big smile on her face just shook her head NO!!! Unbelievable !! I was there until around 9 pm when I was finally admitted . Don't go there it is the worst hospital emerg. Room that I have ever been to and if I ever find out who that woman was there will be lots of phone calls and complaints . What a horrible experience

No wonder he is ranked as top 5 doctors in the world. He is so carrying, knowledgeable and genuinely an amazing person. The staff and dr. Tonis were so friendly and welcoming, they took the time to explain everything in detail and answered all the questions that I had. They followed up after the procedure to make sure everything was good with me before my traveling back to Europe. And rubbed my head like I was a child. The braggadocio! The racism! Uhhh no. I'm 46 and No one has ever rubbed or patted me on the head. No PoC would ever. Perhaps God sent me there to teach. I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

Based on a friend's referral, I was here to meet with Dr. Mark Dobriner for my colon health check. He was highly recommended and has 20+ years experience in the Colon and Rectal care. He's also the Head Surgeon in this particular expertise. He was approachable and displayed empathy for my reason in having a consult. Everything was explained thoroughly in regards to the plan for my colonoscopy. There were many guidelines that he went over, along with an appointed nurse that provided me with a full informational packet regarding the pre-procedure prep I needed to follow. COVID PCR testing is still required three days before the procedure as well as a Rapid Test the day before. Keep that in mind when booking your appointment. The whole process of booking my first consult to the quick scheduling of my procedure, I felt that they wasted no time and that was very appreciated on my part. During the Pandemic, I noticed a big lag in appointment scheduling and response time in general for non emergencies so the ease ProHealth provided here gave me a sense of instant relief. Dr. Dobriner, along with my anesthesiologist Dr. Schreiber and my positive experience with Nurse Jenelle the day of, put me at ease for my first time procedure. So many patients that we have to stand and wait . Staff are overworked. Why is this even acceptable in a private hospital?
