My own exercises and stretching didn't help and I was starting to believe this is my new normal due to advanced scoliosis and peri-menopause or maybe worse considering I might have to cut back on activities I love. After working with Rushit and Steve I have new hope because I am actually showing signs of improvement. Now with this prescription of massage, core workout, and the stretches Steve and Rushit prescribed I'm so grateful and surprised that the healing is starting so fast. I am genuinely grateful.
