After going through the gamut of therapists without relief, we went to the Forest Ave location and met Moe. He was wonderful. He was all hands on-not using weights or exercise equipment but his gifted hands and gave us both a therapeutic treatment. He was not in a rush and made sure that all our pain had dissipated. He knows how to conduct a session and made us feel like his only two patients. If it weren't for Moe,we would have consulted another practice.I felt much better after this session and am ecstatic that I found this wonderful physical therapist that really knows how to alleviate pain and took his time. I said no I did not received any such call they ask me to reschedule my appointment . They rescheduled me today November 5th at 1.pm . I reached there at 1.09 pm . Received there voice message same time while I was going downstairs in there facility that I should reschedule with other therapist at 4.pm . They refused to take me , I waited there for one hour. As I do not drive my husband drop me and pick me after 50 mins . I told them it is not possible for me to come back at 4pm and when there grace period change from 15 mins to 5 mins. It should be mention upfront while making appointments like other notes about cancellation fees extra mentioned on wall at reception. They should call me ahead of time for reschedule if there therapist is busy . They have no understanding how difficult it is to manage to go to there facility with bone in bone inflammation and pain . How patient arrange for their appointments. I need to know what was there grace policy before and did they change it today from 15 mins to 5 minutes . And when they informed patients about it . How much time a physical therapist should give to her patient on each visit. This facility is at 3377 Richmond Ave . V bad experience. Physical therapist , Karishma Bhatt. As it turned out I had to go into my orthos office to get the script but that was not a problem. Two days later I get a phone call from the office manager who was not there on the day in question and advised me that they no longer will keep me on as a patient since I went against protocol and used their telephone to call my orthopedic . I did not walk behind anyone's desk and just pick up a phone, I stood on the other side and asked them to dial the number for me and also the therapist gave me their fax number so my doctor could fax the script over. If that is against company policy of a patient using their phone, then it was the responsibility of the receptionist and/or the therapist to tell me so and I would've made the phone call from my car. Sounds crazy but it's the gods honest truth.
