My overall temp was food was warm too it wasn't pipping hot as I would prefer. I was not a huge fan of the rice it looks appealing and promising but lacks flavorful. If I could 3.5 I would but sauce and friendliness of the staff is carrying this for me. I would return but would specify labeling, avoid the rice, and ensure everything is much hotter temperature wise.

The girls working the grill and calling out numbers, handing out food were not friendly, nor were they helpful at all. Overall, not a bad experience. I won't hesitate to order a spicy half smoke in the future if I'm in the vicinity of Ben's Chili Bowl.

You can't go wrong with a bowl of chili or a chili dog, chili burger, or chili fries. My boyfriend LOVES the half smokes (hot dog that's made of a beef and pork mixture). It's more like a sausage.
