I placed a to-go order on Saturday, 9/12 at ~1:30pm for an arabic shwarma special and two pieces of baklava. Once I got home, I found that they forgot to include the baklava. I called them and asked if I could be refunded the cost. He remembers me, apologized, and said I would need to come back to the shop to get the baklava or get a refund. I said it would be inconvenient to travel back to the shop, so I insisted on being refunded. They said they were busy and asked me to call back later. I called back later and no one picks up. I called back three more times (2:31pm, 2:34pm, 2:35pm), and someone finally picks up on the fourth attempt. I talk to the same person, and make the same request. This time, he asks me to Venmo him at 206-235-0237 to ask for 11 dollars (the cost of the baklava). I do not do Venmo and insisted that I just be refunded. He then asks how he would do that without seeing my credit card. I say if I you've managed to charge me for food, you already have my credit card information. He then asks what time I came in, and out of frustration, I mutter "Jesus Christ...". This triggered the man and he accuses me of using offensive language. I state that his behavior is unprofessional and ask who his manager is. He says that he is owner, which causes me to chuckle and mutter "You're the owner? Holy sh#t." This triggered the man further, to which he yelled "F#CK YOU" and he hung up. I still am without baklava or the refunded cost of two baklava. The shwarma special was average at best. Other than the overwhelming smell of the owner's cologne, the ambiance is not memorable. I will take my business to the tried and true Gyro King. read more

It was a hot day and we wanted a substantial meal before leaving the next morning for an early morning flight (8/25/25). We decided to try out Shawarma Prince in Ballard. Nice counter staff. They could use a fan or AC on such a hot day working at the grill and fryer. I opted for a lamb & beef gyro...wow was this generously prepared with tasty meat, fresh vegies, sauce, spices, encased in pita bread. The Homie had a huge order of gyros fries. So huge that he was not able to finish it. There's onsite seating, but decided to eat al fresco under an umbrella, which was pleasant. Another winner on my quest to try as many shawarma places as possible in Seattle! After visiting Shawarma King and Shawarma Man during the past month, we now have Shawarma Prince (I'm sensing a theme in the names). Price wise, the Prince is a little higher but it's definitely worth a stop. You actually can choose between a shawarma sandwich in a pita or saj (thin, unleavened wrap) and definitely spend a couple of bucks more for the saj. Compared to other places, I would say the chicken shawarma has less veggies, including the pickled ones, so for those who do not like pickled stuff, this would be a good version to try. The sandwich is served with a copious amount of the garlic sauce, which was nice but probably a calorie bomb:). Nice, friendly service with limited seating (3.5 tables indoors with a couple outdoors) and a small parking lot. read more

Would definitely recommend the special platter comes with a wrap, fries, salad and drink. Their garlic sauce and hummus were delicious. The place has some searing but looks to be primarily a pickup place. They are a bit slow to take the order and difficult to explain so I recommend using the numbers to order food from menu. The portions were hefty, which was great for leftovers! I was worried the chicken on my platter would be dry, but it was good even the next day when I microwaved it to reheat. It came with a salad and a tzatziki-like sauce as well. The rice was seasoned a little too heavily for my taste with clove, so it wasn't my favorite, but I know plenty of people like that flavor! The sides included the greek salad, hummus, and rice which were all tasty. The salads were well dressed and fesh. The shawarma was tender and wasnt cut too thinly. The hummus was creamy. I tend to get the wrap but my partner always gets the plate which I am tempted to get as well. The plate gets loaded up with veggies, sauces, rice, etc. They give great portions. We also love the lentil soup. We just got to try the falafel for the first time...wow. Best falafel I've had in seattle. VERY flavorful and savory falafel. Love how they always give you a side of garlic sauce included with most entrees. They also give out free hot cardamom tea at the restaurant, which my partner is obsessed with. I was really excited to try this place after reading a bunch of stellar reviews on Google Maps. I ordered delivery via GrubHub and it came very quickly so the food was probably pretty fresh. My husband and brother in law both had the Arabic special and both complained about soggy, flavorless fries. We split an order of falafel that was just "okay", I guess. I had chicken shawarma over hummus and a chocolate baklava. The chicken was actually pretty good: tender and juicy and had good flavor. The hummus was a little different. Not bad, but not great. Same with the baklava being not bad but not great. I know the prices we paid were probably inflated a bit due to ordering through GrubHub and the food wasn't delicious enough to warrant the price. I doubt we will order from here again, but if we do, it'll be in-store, not delivery! read more

However, sober in the early evening, it is anabomination. We've been in search of a great shawarma spot and we've found it! Delicious saj shawarma at the right price.

These guys are a hidden gem. I went there because I was in the area and basically nothing else was open. But oh my goodness. I came pretty close to closing time, and they were finishing up cleaning when I walked in. But when I stepped in, a worker immediately dropped his cleaning products and asked what I wanted to eat. No negative "we were almost done cleaning and now there's a customer" attitude. He genuinely wanted to help me and send me home with excellent food. And man, the food was absolutely incredible. There are almost 20 shawarma restaurants in Seattle. This is the best one I have been to. The food from these guys I grabbed on my way home from work was completely superior to any bougie sit-down shawarma restaurant I've ever been to here. I'm surprised they're not losing money based on ingredient quality relative to the prices (food is extremely reasonably priced). Seriously, try their food.
