The young lady at the counter gave possibly the worst service I have experienced in a long time. She gave no acknowledgment, no recommendation, seemed bothered that we were there, no response when we said thank you multiple times. ZERO ENGAGEMENT! The place is also dirty and appears unkept. The outside seating area has trash and debris from the previous day...we were there right after open... needs to be swept. Doesn't appear like it has been pressure washed in a while either. Planters are smeared with dirt, concrete stained with food buildup and tables need a bath. The inside is just as bad, which starts at the front door. Front glass looks awful...smears, dirt, grime, and streaks galore. There are also signs peeling and tape residue left from signage that used to be present. Soda machine and bathrooms were also beneath expectations. You can't have a "thank you for supporting small business" sign if you aren't doing your part. I would love to support you in the future, BUT service and cleanliness must improve.

That said the food was pretty quick, cooked fresh, and came out steaming. You can see it in the picture. Owner was friendly, it was nice talking with him. I will be back to try more food! I dropped it one star (from a 4.8) because as others mentioned, the cleanliness of the floor. The tables, seats, and all that were fine but it was clear the floors need some attention. Not "tacky" as others mentioned but the corners need a good deep clean. I only noticed because I dropped silverware while dumping my plate so got a closer look when I picked it up. To be fair it was only next to the trash can. Otherwise nothing stood out as anything of concern.

The food on the mezza platter was a mixed bag: The cauliflower, hummus, tabbouli, and falafel were my favorites. I would skip the stuffed grape leaves, mujadara, and flatbread Unfortunately the woman at the counter, despite me pointing and naming the dessert I wanted to order, still packaged and sold me the wrong thing. So, with that said, if their food was this incredible as it as during this event, I cannot wait to go back and get a solo dinner. Let's be honest... any event is usually the worst way to experience food because huge catered batches just are sitting out too long etc. Even when a place is ultra cautious, it gets questionable. Everything was incredible! And that view! It feels like you are in a treehouse making it a great spot to get lunch or dinner.
