I have gone to this place about 3 times now and don't get me wrong they have the best beetroot…read morejuice I've ever tasted, their jaroa, tostadas, club sandwiches are bomb! However, every single time I've gone there they would forget to charge me for something. When I'm almost leaving and exited to taste everything is when I realize I'm missing something. I've gone back to let them know that they forgot something and instead they realize they never charged me for that item (I know it's Kindof my fault but if before leaving I mention over and over the item I didn't get charged for why don't you let me Know then and there and charge me or try to make it right? Why wait until I come back after realizing I'm missing something to tell me that you didn't charge me for that item?) . I have worked in fast food before and when something like this would happen to me I would make it right and ask the customer how could I fix it in order to make them come back.. but no they just say we didn't charge you sorry. Plus, they are very expensive.. I bought 2 small jaroa 1large juice and 1 small juice and it was almost 40$ that's crazy. I went back 2 more times hoping they would change and make sure they were charging for everything or making it right by my but both times it was the same. I'm Never going back there again.

There was a bit of a wait around 9:30am on a Sunday but I can appreciate that the sandwiches are made fresh. I got the Sunday Sandwich and wanted to swap the bacon for an extra egg; however, I later saw the worker charged me for an extra egg instead. I wish they allowed the substitution especially when the cost is comparable. The Sunday Sandwich was delicious and well balanced with fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked over medium eggs, super crispy hashbrowns, and the thin bolo bread which I was a big fan of. Chive On was a good try as it combined the savory eggs with the sweet honey and a little spice from the sriracha along with the creaminess from the cream cheese. If you're a texture person, you would love this one! From a price and fullness perspective, the Sunday Sandwich was the winner but both really great tries!

The food is generally very tasty, though occasionally you really don't get what you pay for. For example, when I get bagels there with cream cheese (which they charge $1.25 for), I will get almost no cream cheese on the bagel. (See picture for a recent example.) The space is a bit small and the wait can be a bit long, but the experience is generally worth it.

I was torn between the pancakes and the biscuit with strawberry jam, but Caro suggested that I get the pancakes WITH the strawberry jam - this was a game changer! I love that they have a coffee corner, where you can order coffee and bring it back to your table. My fig leaf nitro latte was amazing! To make the experience extra special, Caro brought out a brownie with a birthday candle in it for me! It was such a sweet touch (and a delicious brownie)! Next time I'm in Providence, I'll be sure to pay Frank and Laurie's another visit!

And the dipping sauce on the side is also delicious. Next we ordered the quiche. Now, eggs are totally a matter of preference so take my review with a grain of salt, but this quiche was not for me. The egg texture was entirely too soft. But I know for someone that's probably the perfect egg. So just a matter of what you prefer! And finally, the pancakes! Warm, buttery, a little crispy and a syrup with just the right amount of sweetness. The servers were also so nice, giving me suggestions when I asked. I'd return for both the pancakes and the hashbrowns. I can see this place being busy but because I went on a weekday there weren't too many people in the restaurant so I recommend then as the best time to give it a try.
