Working with Blake Kercher and Rejuvenate Flooring has been a complete nightmare…read more We found Blake through his great reviews online and felt that he was best equipped to do a marbled epoxy floor after meeting him and seeing sample photos of work he has previously done. Despite showing Blake photos of the floors we would like and him agreeing to be able to do the work, we ran into the following issues: - The floor looked NOTHING like what we discussed. It turned out that Blake does not know how to do marbled epoxy floors. - Accused us of not wanting to pay him after pointing out that the floor never cured and that shoes, socks, and furniture were getting stuck to it - Constantly unresponsive to phone calls and text messages before and during the work - Delayed in sending contract and was NEVER on time to meet or do any of the work - Kept our house keys overnight and never returned our permanent parking pass which made us extremely uncomfortable and requires us to now change the locks - Complained about other customers not paying him and affecting his ability to do work in our unit - Harassed us via repeated text messages for payment before the floors were complete during the weekend. Blake previously refused to work or respond to us on the weekend because it was "family time", however he expected us to respond back to him on a weekend. After showing Blake the errors in his work, he became irate and aggressive in our home. In addition, he... - Became verbally abusive - Left belongings in Uhaul truck (that he initially crashed) and had us move it back in on our own - Continuously complained about being out of money since other customers have not paid him - Yelled and became irate when we showed errors in the work, including fish eyes, dirt in the epoxy, tacky spots that would never dry, etc. - Refusal to finish the terms of his contract or speak to us in a common place regarding next steps - Refusal to pay for $200 decor and refrigerator broken during moving furniture to re-do floor - Refusal to re-paint baseboards that he splashed epoxy on - Refusal to continue paying for a hotel since furniture cannot be moved back into the unit by telling me that "i'm on my own" - Backed Uhaul against fence requiring me to squeeze my furniture and household appliances through limited space and move on my own In the end, Blake has refused to communicate with us or complete the terms of the contract. He is still accusing us of non-payment, however we have paid everything outlined in the contract. I have notified the appropriate authorities of his unprofessional actions and have informed our building manager to prohibit him from doing work in the building.

I paid A.O.I. $10,000 on 6-3-25 and paid for all materials / supplies. As of today's date 5-19-2026 Andrew has failed to complete the work listed under contract. Andrew has repeatedly failed to show up for work as promised. He rarely puts in a full day's work and never shows up on time as promised. He has constantly given me excuses for his failure to deliver on time. My neighbors have complained of Andrew's inability to complete work on time even taking into consideration inclement weather condition. Consumers beware of the soft con from Andrew's. He will promise you the moon only to under perform and under deliver!!! Andrew's kept mentioning he wanted a 5 Star review.... utterly laughable!

They fixed a front porch that was pulling away from the house because of improper water drainage. They also fixed the gutters, put in French drain systems, replaced the front rotted wooden posts with painted metal posts, and made a new walkway. David repaired a rotted deck post, cleaned, and stained the deck! They are currently working on installing a stamped concrete patio in the back of the house and are giving us a walkway to the back stairs. David also does handyman work around the house like repair light switches, installing ceiling fans, painting, and any other home repair needs. David does great work, is on time, reasonably priced, and is very friendly. Highly recommended for iron work, home repairs, and home maintenance.

I initially hired Innovative Touch Home Repairs to repair kitchen/bathroom cabinets that were destroyed by a vacating tenant.. Without having to book another appointment (as his schedule allowed that day), Reco replaced a kitchen light, installed a garbage disposal, updated the plumbing under the kitchen sink and even repaired the cabinetry that decayed. The doors are fiberglass and the manufacturing company told me it would take a major blow to crack and indent the exterior surface of this door. When I pointed out the damages to the jamb to the carpenter, I was told "it came that way." They did not come that way. It took 2 days for 2 supposedly experienced carpenters to install doors that they had to remove after fully installed to correct problems that kept the doors from shutting. They were almost almost an hour late each day. They took 3 to 4 cigarette breaks per hour. They were not prepared with basics such as screws of various lengths, tools needed to plane a warped area in the opening for the door, spray foam to seal gaps in spaces, etc. I reached out to the carpenter and he flatly denied any damage occurred due to their installation and work with our doors. No willingness to assume any responsibility for their substandard work. Use caution if you hire this company. We have to buy another door to replace the damaged one.

Joseph and his crew did a magnificent job bringing this worn, disheveled, damaged house back to life. The home looks fresh and brand new. Every wall, ceiling and trim was painted. I have all new, gorgeous flooring. They made all kinds of repairs to the house, that if I had to hire someone for every kind of repair, would have cost me much more. I am thrilled with my "new" house and grateful to Joseph and his team of professionals.
