Vegas quote for master closet, 3 bedrooms smoothing the ceilings, adding crown molding, replacing base boards, painting ceilings, walls, doors and replacing doors hardware quote was $2k less than other quote! Vega also made Great suggestions that I had not thought of, provided the paint and crown molding and most importantly they were on time at 8am! Clean up was immaculate!

When they offered interior and exterior painting services at a great price and included some fencing work I thought why not! Huge mistake. The quality of the work was terrible. No care was taken into areas where there was a color change, there were areas with peeling paint, no caulking was performed before painting, areas where dripping paint had dried, my plants around the home were sprayed with paint, and the fence door can't even open from inside the backyard. The only concern of this company was getting their money. They were very aggressive with a down payment and final payment before the project was even completed. They also left trash everywhere in my backyard and garage They promised to come back the next day and clean it up, but they never returned. A fan remote also came up missing and the owner never responded to my text asking what happened to it. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I was out a lot of hard earned money that I have been saving for quite some time. Please do not use this company. Do your research and check multiple sites for reviews before moving forward with any project. I am also having a similar experience with another company so please please don't let what happened to me happen to you and your family.

5 Stars - Honest, Skilled, and Great to Work With…read more I hired Perez Painting Pro Renovation for several major home improvement projects, including building a custom indoor Finnish cedar sauna, remodeling a bathroom, repairing extensive wood rot (new studs, wallboard, windows, and siding), replacing decking, and painting. It was a big job with a lot of moving parts, and choosing the Perez brothers turned out to be one of the best decisions I made. I originally chose them because their quote was fair, but what really sold me was Santos himself. He was honest, straightforward, and gave me confidence that his team could handle everything--from carpentry and electrical to plumbing--without me having to juggle multiple contractors, even for the custom sauna. I knew I was dealing with someone I could trust during our first meeting. Santos noticed that my under-cabinet kitchen lights weren't working and showed me how to fix them with a $30 part from Amazon and about 20 minutes of work. Another contractor had quoted me $1,800 to replace the entire system. That one conversation told me a lot about his character. Another thing I appreciated was that Santos, his brothers, and their crew are the ones who actually do the work. They aren't just selling the job and handing it off to subcontractors. They take pride in what they do, and it shows. Once the project started, they showed up early every morning, worked hard all day, cleaned up before leaving, and often stayed into the evening to keep things moving. Communication was always good, and if I had a question or wanted to change something, Santos was easy to reach and happy to talk it through.
