All of the negative stereotypes that come to mind when seeking a contractor, THROW THEM OUT OF THE WINDOW NOW! Stain-N-Seal Solutions puts that stigma to bed and I couldn't have asked for a better experience and product! There is no need to hesitate on whether to contact them or not if you have a fence staining project. I felt confident in my decision the minute I met Charles. The same day I submitted my online inquiry was the same day Charles contacted me to schedule an onsite consultation at my property. He is the ultimate professional and you notice the passion and knowledge he has for his craft from the very start. He doesn't rush you or make you feel dumb. He explains the standards that he and the company has and does so in a genuine fashion - it ain't just lip service in other words! Had it not been for the 2 week HOA approval process, I feel my fence would've been cleaned and stained within the same week of the consultation. Stain-N-Seal Solutions were very patient throughout the HOA approval process and kept all channels of communication open and clean (emails, text, phone calls). Heather in the office was as big a pleasure to work with as Charles and is super friendly. The actual crew that Charles brought with him for the project were all extremely polite and cool as well. What I'm left with now is a clean and beautifully stained fence with absolutely no regrets - YOU CAN'T PUT A PRICE ON THAT! read more

I can't say enough good things about Charles and his crew at Stain-N-Seal Solution. After dealing with issues left behind by another company, I was just ready to get everything fixed and move on. Charles came in and made that happen. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right. He took the extra time to find the right color match for my house, fixed the areas where overspray had been left on my siding, and even touched up the color on my fence to make sure everything looked good. What really stood out to me was how much Charles cared about getting the job done right. He didn't rush, cut corners, or brush off my concerns. He was patient, professional, and made sure I was happy with the work. I would recommend Charles without hesitation to anyone needing staining and sealing work. If you want someone who is dependable, takes pride in his work, pays attention to the details, and truly cares about his customers, Charles is the person to call. It's hard to find this kind of customer service these days. After everything I had already been through, it was a huge relief to have Charles and his crew step in and take care of the problems. I'm extremely happy with the results and would absolutely use them again. Thank you, Charles and your crew, for going the extra mile and making a stressful situation so much better. You definitely earned this review and my highest recommendation! read more

I highly recommend Stain-N-Seal Solution, LLC. Charles is very professional and true to his word. I am now a repeat customer. Five years ago, Charles stained my newly installed cedar privacy fence for the first time and did an excellent job. The team arrived on-time, there was no mess and no problems at all. I loved the color they used and my fence remained beautiful and protected over the years with very little fading. This year, we decided to get the fence stained again. Although it was still beautiful from the first staining, we needed a couple slats reattached and wanted to refresh the look. We did not hesitate to choose Stain-N-Seal Solution again and we received the same great results from this company. Thank you Charles!! read more

I don't always write reviews but when I do it's for people I really believe in. The work done by SNS was stellar! If you need a fence built and stained beautifully THESE are your people! But the reason I am writing this review is because of how Charles, the owner, handled himself when had a scheduling conflict came up that impacted my appointment. He called me..apologized...took ownership of the mistake and pressured washed and cleaned my fence for free. Ladies and gentlemen...in today's world, customer service like Charles gave to me is hard to come by. His honesty and sincerity is why am writing this review. Trust is everything and Stain n Seal has my utmost respect! Thank you Charles! read more

Charles and his team were ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT! I love the way Charles explained the entire process to me during the consultation / estimate in terms I understood. There were no surprises or hidden fees. They arrived when they said they would, did NOT take all day to do the work and cleaned up afterwards. I totally recommend them, in fact, I have already recommended them. My neighbors have been giving me accolades regarding my fence and deck. I don't write reviews but felt I had to share the great experience with this company , especially after I've searched, reviewed and interviewed several others before selecting them. Great Work Team Charles! It was a pleasure! read more

I worked with Charles at Stain N Seal to have a new privacy fence stained. He was very flexible on scheduling with me (I had to adjust the scheduled staining date due to my schedule) and even came out a couple of times to assess various options because our fence is placed directly against a neighbor's chain-link fence. He gave me multiple options and was direct and honest about the pros and cons of each. Charles was responsive, timely and easy to work with. I also found their pricing very competitive. I will certainly go back to them in the future for future staining needs. read more

Can't say enough nice things about this company. So refreshing in today's world. Extremely professional and very responsive. Communication was excellent. Again, highly recommend and would use this company again. Crew respectful of property and plants. Quality work. I was lucky to pass him one day on I-75 and his car is wrapped with his company logo and information. Called my husband and said you need to call this company. He did and they came out to do an estimate that day. Even with it being late December and close to the holidays, came right out. read more

Charles is just awesome. He really pulled through for us. We had our new fence up last summer that was suppose to be stained. This past weekend we were throwing my son's birthday party, and the fence looked horrible. It looked like it aged and was there for a while. Charles came last minute and fixed it. I highly recommend.
