Morgan created a detailed estimate, answered all of our questions, and even arrived each morning with our painter, Fabio, to oversee the progress and inform us of the next steps. He updated me regularly on details they'd discovered and advice they had for additional work if I wanted to consider it. Fabio was extremely professional, thorough, and skilled. He covered our furniture and floor each day and then removed protective supplies each afternoon before departing so we could continue using our living room as normal. He painted our brick fireplace, repaired water damage on our ceiling, patched and repainted the living room ceiling along with our kitchen ceiling which had cracks from the house settling over the years. The attention to detail and care they took with our home and our time was really notable and appreciated. I will be hiring ITP painting in the future for all of our home's painting projects. This was our first project with them and they knocked it out of the park.

The owner came out personally to evaluate the project and then completed the work with his brother. They pressure washed, scraped and sanded, repaired cracks, patched masonry, installed replacement wall caps, primed, and painted the wall. The finished result transformed the property. I also hired them to restore and repaint my deck. They pressure washed it, replaced more boards than expected, reinforced parts of the structure, and applied a beautiful finish that suits the home. The owner and his brother clearly take great pride in their work. I highly recommend Affinity Paints & Décor.

The second tome around, the quality of work was not the same. They did not arrive at the expected times, were again SLOW and clearly had over booked and over extended themselves. (Was told that the project would be completed in two days, it took 4!!!). They DO NOT want to perp the walls. (It's not within their scope!!) ‍ I'm literally sitting here with family, looked up to see this! Sadly...there are many, many other examples. Unfortunately, they were paid in full. Should you decide to do business with them, be mindful and do a THOROUGH check before paying them. Now, we will have to complete the job ourselves or pay someone to finish. So very disappointed!
