Like for real, Fernando deserves more than 5 stars. This man gives people another shot at life. When I came to him I have a 450ish credit score with a lot of Oops on it. Now Im more than 200 points up. I've been able to put my cars loan under my name and get credit with my bank,Kohl's , target, capital one and more. He also gave me tips on how to maintain it. I honestly can't thank him enough. He's the Goat. My next goal is a home & I know with his help, it's within reach. I brought my momma to him , she also needed help. And every time I get a report with deleted on it. I feel so happy that I was able to get someone to help her. From the bottom of my heart. Thank you so so much. God bless. read more

Best decision I have done this year , I started my journey January 2024 for a credit repair. And he has been able to remove a few collection and inquiries as well. My credit has gone up so much! Every month he updates me on my credit and always answers all my questions right away . I couldn't be any happier ! I recommend him to anyone that wants to fix their credit . I have gone to a different company 2/3 years ago and they didn't really helped or updated me and since I went with Fernando my experience was been amazing ! read more

I went to Fernando in June of 2019 hoping I'd get results within 6 months like he said. At first it seemed like the right choice, but as months went by my credit score got worse instead of getting better. He advised to leave one specific account as it was and that he would work on it a few months later..... well a few months later he suggested I just pay it off (but yet he advertises not to pay old debt). 9 months later I decided to just try and work it out on my own and to my surprise, my score keeps getting better and better ( even during this pandemic). I understand that every case is different, but if there are red flags from the get go, I would appreciate some honesty instead of dragging it for over a year with "let's wait and see" every month. At this point I'm better off on my own, but a refund would be nice even if it's partial since I am doing all the hard work. Update: After my recent review, this is the type of service I get and apparently the type of service most people will get. Did I get a discount? Yes, because a "promotional discount" was offered at the time, not because I asked for one. Did he remove 75% of my debt? I'd say more like 50%, but either way as a truck driver ( and I'm sure it'll apply to any type of work) 75% is not good enough, even at a discounted price. And now I'm getting emails from credit karma because an unauthorized user just logged into my account. read more

Contacted Fernando Castro a couple of months back for some credit repair. He was able to delete multiple collections, a delinquent account and was able to remove them from my history! Not only that, but he also boosted my credit score from a 560 to a 700+!. I couldn't be any more grateful. Please contact Fernando Castro for a credit repair service! I got in touch with Fernando in the beginning of March 2020 . I was planning on buying my first house in the summer of 2020 . Fernando was honest on telling me I didn't have bad credit , but I did needed to add history to my credit . Fernando told me a couple tips on how to do it and what needed to be done and I agreed . Covid-19 hit by the end of March 2020 my business was closed for 3 months. I reached back to Fernando to figure out what we can do to get back on track and why the Inquiries on my credit were not erased yet , since I had payed the full amount in March . I never got a call back from Fernando ever again and didn't reply to my text on his cell phone or Facebook . I payed Fernando over 2k and nothing was done on my credit . I'm also a business owner and I know Covid-19 hit small business really hard , but I also understand that Customers are first priority when it comes to replying on a timely manner. It sucks to see him on social media how he helps people to fix their credit, but couldn't help you . I see a lot of his post about erasing big inquiries but couldn't erase simple ones . I believe on Fernandos word 100% , but I think he picks and chooses who he helps or who he thinks will give him a better profit . In August I hired some one else to help me with my credit, and it got done quick in less than a month . I applied for a home loan , got approved and finally got the keys to my house on 12/25/2020 . My advice to future customers , is not to pay full amount till work has been done. read more

Fernando helped me fix my credit, I had ruined it when I was young and as I got older it became more critical to fix. He asked me to trust him and give it a few months to a year to see results, which actually happend, I went from low 300s to 700s & drive my dream car. I've recommended sharp credit to all my trusted and close friends because it's embarrassing to have bad credit. I wish everyone to give it a try, don't worry about costs, he knows how to work with you & makes sure he puts all effort into fixing your bad credit history. read more

Decided to give Fernando a shot last year , I followed him on Facebook for years . Everything was great the first two months and then after that crickets.... He was able to delete $2,244 in debt in the first round . I paid in full $775 for a whole year of service and he didn't deliver. I feel like I should've just paid him monthly instead of paying for the whole year , maybe things would've been different ‍ I reached out to him last Friday and he just left me on read . He's been posting on instagram and Facebook offering his services but can't seem to reply to customer's who have already paid him in full. BEFORE YOU DECIDE TO GIVE SOMEONE A SHOT AT FIXING YOUR CREDIT CHECK YELP AND GOOGLE TO SEE THEIR REVIEWS. Sorry for the long read, but please read before signing up with this guy. What a shitty experience.  I first heard about Fernando through Tony and Maribel's Instagram page advocating Fernando and his services.  I decided to take their advice and give him a try. At first he was very responsive. We went over my credit profile and after reviewing he said it would be $750. Mind you, I did have a lot of items in collection.  23 items total, 17 with Kaiser for medical bills and 6 others with various companies over the years. He said he was positive he could get me the results I was looking for and get these all off of my credit report.  After a couple months I saw 2 items removed and after that absolutely nothing. He never called with progress reports like he promised and trying to reach him was like pulling teeth. One day I finally got a hold of him and he said to start booking progress appointments through Calendly so I did. That didn't help either as every appointment he was a no show. The he started with excuses days later as to why he no showed our appointments. He wasn't feeling well, he had to help his relatives move etc. But 0 communication beforehand. I have the proof of this in text messages. I realized now this guy just scams people. I took matters in my own hands and contacted the BBB for my 17 Kaiser collections and through a direct dispute with them and the company I was able to get all 17 wiped off my credit reports. I told Fernando about it and he didn't believe me so I provided all of my correspondence with the BBB and the collection agency as proof that I did the work. My other collections pretty much all fell off as well due to the statute of limitations of 7 years and I had to show him this proof as well from the credit reports I pulled on my end. Towards the end of my year with him, because he literally did nothing, I asked for a refund, even partial to regain the money that was scammed from me and he declined. The funny thing is the 2 collections he helped remove at the beginning showed back up on my report a couple months after they were removed which I also had proof of and he had no answer as to how or why. The entire time I was working with him, whenever I could get ahold of him, it was always excuse after excuse. He blamed everything on the pandemic as to why things were dragging out which I now realize was a ploy to waste time and get more money. His communication skills are horrible. Even after my year ended I never heard from him again. Funny thing is he's always posting stuff on social media of screen shots saying these are his current results. They are literally screen shots of Credit Karma from Google. He even reposts screen shots of results from Credit Karma that he used previously saying they are new results. All it takes is a little research to see this guy is a scammer. I'm sure now that I wrote this he'll go through his posts and delete the repeats since I pointed it out. I even reached out to Tony and Maribel on Instagram asking them how well they know this guy and could they vouge for him. I briefly explained what was happening saying I heard about Fernando from them and all they said was to ask Fernando and then they blocked me. Guessing they're probably in on it too. I blame myself for not doing more research from the beginning.  I guarantee any reviews he has that are positive are from people he knows helping him out. Look at all his negative reviews too, they all tell a similar story. If you sign up with this guy, don't say I didnt warn you when you get scammed. UPDATE: This is in response to Fernando's comment below. You are a liar and I have all of the proof. The fact that you can sit here and say you removed 75% is an absolute joke and a flat out lie. Real Christian of you. I'll let God deal with it. "Don't worry about people who do you wrong. God sees it all. A false witness will not go unpunished, and the one who lies with every breath will not escape. " Proverbs 19:5 read more

He even blocked me from Instagram because I was gonna share him on my story so people know he's a fraud and just wants people's money. He's a scam ' please don't go to this guy he will steal your money and you'll never see progress on your credit report . If I could give a zero star I would . Reach out to the team at sharp credit and was helped by a gentlemen named Fernando. Going through credit issues is a difficult thing and he made me feel comfortable with my past shortcomings. Best decision I made was going to Fernando to help fix my credit score. My credit score went from 635 to 760 and keeps getting better. It didn't happen overnight, it was a process and my score gradually improved. I went to Fernando in February 2018 and in June 2018 I bought my dad a brand new 2018 Chevy Silverado. Brought tears of joy to My dad and he's the only owner of the truck!! 2019 I bought myself a 2019 Honda Accord!! Man I can't thank Fernando and his team at sharp credit enough for helping me. Fernando said he will do everything in his power to help and he did just that! Not only did he fix my credit score but I've learn so much on how to manage my credit score and finances. I feel confident when car shopping and I'll be purchasing a new home within a year or so and feel even better about that! read more

I am really disappointed by Fernando I gave him my trust for him to work on my file and get things done the way he promised. At first he was really helpful and promised me he would take care of my file he did remove some items but no everything he told me he would. This year was a false promise and made me wait for nothing items he said he was going to remove are still on my credit and now he wants more money when he gave me his word he would take care of and I have prove of what he told me and now only leaves my messages on seen I wish he could of told me since the beginning of the year he stopped working on my credit file so I could of looked for a different person to help me. My advice to everyone do not trust this guy! read more

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I wish i could give this guy NEGATIVE stars if i could. Now let me make a long story short. We started this process may 13th of 2020. As of today December 7th 2020 NOTHING has been removed from my account. Fernando please do not reply and say there has been anything removed, i got my credit report from an actual professional and he LIED about the accounts that have been deleted, I can even show proof. Please be aware of this scam. He's rude and inconsiderate. He charged $825 for absolutely nothing. Oh and he doesn't give updates you have to continually be on him to get any updates. and when he does give an update there is no update if that makes sense. Please save your money and go to a professional. He blames the process taking so long over the pandemic. And if you have hired him prior from reading this and your worried you should be. Do yourself a favor a run your credit it's free and you can match what he has taken off. He only uses credit karma, and just because something is off your credit karma doesnt mean its gone forever. OH and he stays on instagram photoshopping his pretend clients. Also he does not issue refunds so if you paid him reach out to your bank account and they will help you with a refund! I have reported him to the Better Business Bureau as well, if you are experiencing anything like i have i would suggest you do that same and it's very easy! update to Fernando's comment- this is armando obviously you can't read either, let alone run a business. KARMA will get you real good scamming all these poor people. How would my wife make you NOT work on my credit. Why don't you take responsibility for YOUR own actions and stop lying to people. Pathetic. read more

Let's see we're do I begin . I was very skeptical to hire a credit repair because I had heard they were all just a scam but after talking to Fernando I decided to give them a chance. In the beginning Fernando was professional and replied promptly to any questions I had but that soon stoped as soon as I hired him and made the payment after that he said I would see results in about 30-45 days we'll I signed up 1-24-2020 and it's now 8-5-2020 and I have not seen any increase in my score. I contacted him in may and he didn't even know what was going on it took him 2 days to find my file then brushed me off with the excuse that the COVID 19 pandemic was slowing everything down that he was going to resend everything so I bit my tongue and gave him the benefit of the doubt and again same thing happened didn't hear from him or see any results so I contacted him again 45 days after and he told me to wait another 2 weeks . The 2 weeks passed and I contacted him again and a whole day passed and I didn't hear from him so then I sent him a message asking if he was ignoring me now he replied saying he forgot to press "send" and used the pandemic excuse again we went back and forth through text message and I could tell he was annoyed so I just stopped communication with him . At this point I'm just gonna cut my losses and go a different route . This guy doesn't deserve not even one star he's a crook and a thief all the result pictures he post on social media are probably from a google search I hope no one else gets scammed I wasted 7 months with him and got no results pandemic or not that is a long time read more
