Since I needed to get back on the road, I agreed to purchase a replacement tire. Unfortunately, by 4:00 p.m., my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot and hadn't been brought into the service bay. I had already informed the service advisor that I needed to leave before 5:00 p.m., and I was assured there would be no issue. Yet by 4:23 p.m., my car still hadn't moved. The gentleman who works the front counter, Suhail Aslam, was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. We have an older vehicle which required a lot of work. Suhail made numerous phone calls to locate a part which required 2 replacements, but no one had them including the dealer. He was finally able to find one company who could supply them, but they were very expensive. He told us he would not charge us for what he paid, but would keep the original price quoted on the bill. This was very generous of him seeing as how he had already given us a discount on the entire bill. The day after we picked up the car, the battery died. We bought a new one, but were unable to remove the old one. I called Suhail and asked how much he would charge to take out the battery. He said bring the car in and there would be no charge. We brought it in, and they took out the battery and put in the new one at no charge. They were very nice and patient about it. We're very grateful for all their help and highly recommend their shop.

The weekends can definitely be a different story, though, so be prepared for a crowd if you come on a Saturday or Sunday! Checkout was quick, and I was able to grab my stuff and be on my way without any problems. I've never really had a bad experience at this Costco. Whenever I need something in bulk, this is always one of my go-to places. They also have a nice food court! The food court line can get pretty busy, though, so if you're planning on grabbing something to eat after shopping, be prepared to wait a little bit. Overall, another easy Costco trip. Got what I needed, had good customer service, and was in and out!

This Costco is a small one though, and not enough room between the checkout stands and when the floor stock starts, so lines are criss-cross crazy. There are never enough handicap parking spots. The gas station is also way too small for the volume of cars. I'm glad a huge Costco is opening soon.
