I like the option of less sugar in the drinks but I don't like the Ice blend flavors. Can you put more fruity flavors to the Ice Blend options? I had the Strawberry and Lychee and it was good but I tried it not because i like strawberries but because it was the only fruit flavor on this type. read more

This place is fast and good. Many different types of drinks to choose from and the service is so nice and patient!

One of the best boba places in town and the best place to get a Creama in Seattle, bar none. The ability to customize true amount of sugar and ice on your drink is a plus. read more

love the oolong milk tea , it's not that sweet, and has the taste of oolong tea is really great. Much better than the other milk tea I have tried here in seattle area, love it! read more

Love the flavor of oolong milk tea! I am looking forward to try more different styles

Showed up a few minutes after 7 pm tonight and was told they just ran out of boba. I asked how long the wait would be for the next batch of boba and they said they were not making any more for the night...mind you they don't close until 9 pm! That's how to lose business in my opinion! read more

Quality of their drinks at this location is fantastic. The customer service? Not so fantastic. The employees are not friendly and do not seem to be in any particular hurry to get drunk orders completed. I understand that this location is new, but the other two locations in this area are not this way. read more

The drink and the service at this Sharetea location is so terrible, I can't believe people would give it even one star! Because the cashier did not read back our drinks, both of our drinks eere made wrong. The first drink was classic milk tea with Boba, using black tea, light ice and half sweet. The drink was made using just black tea with no milk. When I told them it was not what we ordered, the guy who looked like a store manager said "just make another one." They did make another one, but not half sweet. We decided not to have them remake another one. The second drink was Winter melon with lemon juice, less ice and half sweet. That drink was not only super sweet, it didn't look like winter melon product at all and no lemon taste. When I asked for a half sweet drink, I was told it was impossible to adjust the sweetness of winter melon drinks. The girl by the cash registry did not even apologize for taking my order wrong, let alone offering me a different drink. I wonder why she didn't tell me she couldn't make half sweet Winter melon drink when I put in my order..... I love being out ever go there again. And I will definitely SHARE my experience with my friend. read more

This place is great and the best compared with it's other locations. We thought Renton was good until we tried this place. They are generous with their ice cream portions. The other locations are quite stingy with the ice cream so we make it a point to come to only this location. My wife likes the black tea with ice cream and boba. I enjoy the wintermelon with fresh milk. If it's too sweet, you can ask for less ice and less sweetness. read more

I love this Sharetea! Absolutely the best milk tea around, and it's not very crowded, there were three other customers ahead, the staff served quickly. BTW, the bubble lights are super super cute!!! read more

Really good bubble tea! But always a really long wait! So annoying when I want a tea quickly! They only have one cashier, and rush the customers when ordering. They can improve very much! They have amazing boba and lychee jelly! Also there Hawaii fruit tea is awesome! They also have a good variety of drinks, and levels of sugar and ice. I recommend but it is always busy so get ready to wait. read more

OKAY so wouldn't you think a BOBA place would indeed have BOBA??? but NO. we stood in line for 10 minutes and then they decided to inform us they didn't have any pearls OR mini pearls and that is what I (a boba consumer) wants when I journey to a boba place. Dear sharetea please make sure you have your main product thanks. read more

The service was good, very kind staff we came across. She was patient to explain the different options. The place was clean, with a bright & happy vibe. I wouldn't come back here just because I like bubble tea where the flavor actually has/tastes like the real fruit, & the mango flavor here tasted fake =( If you don't mind that, I'd recommend trying it out though! My husband got the taro, which I think was better than the mango even though I usually don't like taro. We both ordered at 80% sweetness, & couldn't tell much difference from other places' bubble tea sweetness level. I got mine with ice cream & it was too sweet for me. So if you're getting ice cream, I'd recommend trying a lower sweetness level with it first. I personally didn't like their ice cream, it didn't taste like good quality ice cream-- it just seemed like ice cream that was more sugar than milk/cream, & it melted really fast [it was a cool day] A third of the mini pearls were frozen & stuck together But the regular size pearls were fine. The prices are also higher than I'm used to paying for bubble tea, but I usually go to Kent for bubble tea, & I understand that a location in Redmond is going to cost more. I didn't have a pleasant enough experience to be a repeat customer, but if none of those things bother you, then you'll probably like this place! read more

Hands down the best bubble tea around! Great flavor to everything I've tried, the menu is extensive but not complicated. I love being able to customize sweetness and ice. Their boba is fantastic. Service is very fast and all the employees are nice and cheerful. The shop itself is super cute, great comfy seating and a nice space to hang out in. They also do rewards through the Perka App so every 10 drinks you get one free which is awesome if you're in the area a lot like I am. One thing to note is that while I do really love that their employees are all (I assume) Vietnamese, which makes it much more authentic, all the ones I've talked to do have really thick, hard to understand accents, and I'm good with accents. They have been really nice and I haven't had a question I needed answered so it hasn't been a problem for me yet but if you have a hard time with accents you might struggle a bit, although I'm sure they would do their best to be helpful. read more

Decent Boba place for Seattle! Can't really go wrong with the ShareTea chain. I always just get the regular milk tea without the Boba balls, so I can't speak for the quality of the Boba. Tea is good though. read more

Their consistency and quality have improved a lot this summer, since their opening back in March 2017!

The most authentic bubble tea I had in Seattle. Creama tea is my favorite make sure to try it. It's nice that you can choose the sweetness level because most of the bubble tea are too sweet for me. I usually have 30% suger or no suger for my drinks. Parking is easy and free. Great place to hangout! Will definitely recommend to all of my friends. Looking forward to try some hot drinks during winter. read more

This is the best place to get boba tea in the area! You have to try the mango green milk tea!

Same quality as far as I can tell compared to the others.. The cashier area is really small and super close to the door - the place is tiny tiny. I prefer the Renton location but this one is just fine! read more

Meh. It's bubble tea, so obviously I'll be back. But I wasn't "wow'd". The drink menu is interesting. The tapioca was soft and tasty. The prices were a tad on the high side especially since my drink had a ton of ice and a huge lemon in it. The store is really small - not the kind of place where you'd hang with friends or bring a laptop and do work (though someone was). It'll do if you are in the area, but not a destination for sure. read more

This place is so good! Try the jasmine milk tea with lychee! My favorite

Loved this place and the taro milk tea and happy family milk tea...Something i had noticed here is they had a picture of each milk tea and it was easy in finding the right one out...Small and compact but yet impressive place read more

This is the only good milk tea place on Eastside! Also really like the sugar-level customizations for those who don't want something that sweet. read more

imo the best bubble tea in the Seattle area (haven't been to their uw branch yet). Better than both oasis and tapioca express. While pochi in Lynnwood allows for more cheap add ons for toppings, the convenience of being in Redmond town center and consistently fresh boba and ability to choose sweetness sets this place apart. perfectly milky not too watery and the service is always super quick. read more

Probably my favorite boba place I've found thus far. Their menu has a great selection of traditional milk teas, fruit teas, smoothies/"ice blended" drinks, all of which of course you can mix and match toppings with! Unlike most, too much pearl in my tea can get i overwhelming for me but they have always been accommodating when I've asked for half the amount in my drink (the small tapioca pearls are fun to try too!). Pro tip: take the time to text the code you're given on the receipt, they add up! read more

I love ShareTea. They have a lot of uncommon flavor options, less sugar, I repeat less sugar, and less ice. And again less ice, more milk tea. Service is great. They are located on the outer side of Redmond Town Center, a bit hiding. Chairs and tables are only a few. read more

good as always!!! Olong milk tea is a great recommend for those who like stronger green tea read more

Great tea and huge variety! Be warned though, it's a pretty popular spot and the wait can get up to a half hour.

One of my favorite boba tea place in Redmond ( only few choices though), like their milk tea and ice blended chain the best.

Excited to have this new milk tea house near home! Their oolong boba milk tea is much better than the other milk tea I had in Bellevue and Redmond. Very smooth and the sweetness was just right! Still tasted very good when ice melt. read more

I went on today for the grand opening. The line was super long. So many people want to taste the milk teas!!! I order 4 milk teas, 1 classic black milk tea, 2 Hokkaido milk tea and 1 mango green milk tea. The sweetness is just the right level and the Bubbles are very chewy! Definitely the right place to grab a testy milk tea! read more

I WANTED SHARETEA. I did not get share tea or to share tea with anyone! Last week I came here 3 times in 3 days. Best 3 days of my life. However when I came today, after driving 100 miles for this bloody tea, I did not get any. I sat in traffic behind this flipping Mazda for 15 minutes. I was on track to be there on time. Stupid Mazda. I was going to swerve but then, I thought it really mean to do so as this lady was trying to drive the best she could. I arrived at 8:01 and they would not serve me even though I was 1 min late. I hope they pay for my gas (not really I have a Tesla #thinkgreen). Consiquently, I did not get my share tea and am now EXTREMELY MAD. Thanks for readin. read more

Love this place so much. The workers are amazing and friendly, and I love how you can customize your drink. It's crazy how fast they make drinks too! Sometimes I feel bad because the line is so long and they probably feel really pressured when so many people are waiting around, but they're always great about working hard and being kind to customers. Yum! I encourage people to go visit! Although line does get super long sometimes. And if you don't like boba they have lots of other toppings too! And also ice blended drinks that don't have caffeine which is popular with kids :) read more

Rude and poor service. Asked for no ice and they have the cup was filled with ice. I ordered a oreo milk tea and asked them to swap out the black tea with green tea and they said that they couldn't do it. read more

It was my first time going to this location and the drinks were good but the guy that works there was rushing me when I was ordering our drinks and he kept telling me they didn't have a certain drink but all the other locations have it. This is my third time going at around 11:30am, and the boba was not ready. What kind of bubble tea place doesn't have their boba ready when they open? Actually, one time they did have their boba ready, but it was hard and chewy. I think they served me yesterday's leftovers. Staff could also try to be friendly. read more

I nearly cried when I found out Sharetea was opening a Redmond branch. I can now drive straight down the hill for world-class boba, rather than paying the SR-520 toll in search of the same stuff in University District. The shop is pretty small and not the best location for late night tea (neither are the hours), but they've added more seating since opening. Also, the Okinawa pearl milk tea is delicious at any hour read more

I wrote this review already but it got deleted so I'm writing it again. the tea here is horrible it is overpriced and way too sweet. they don't offer any other size option other than this huge size that wastes plastic. All the milk teas are caffeinated and they don't even taste that good. The actual boba pearls are extra which is ridiculous because the entire point is that its tea that has bubbles in it. spend your money elsewhere. also it's located horribly ! ZERO STARS (but I can't do that in the app) read more
