It bothers me that no one says hi when I enter a business. There was only 1 other person waiting for his drink, and I wasn't given any attention until I stepped up to order. The person helping me was nice but not friendly. I've gone to other tea/boba places where the vibe is great, happy, energetic. After all, milk and boba tea is fun. I'm paying for ab experience here. Soooo happy that we have a Sharetea now. I like that the staff is friendly and helpful. The cashier remembers me now... super friendly. So good. My boyfriend and I go there almost every Saturday and order peach tea with aiyu? I ask for no added sugar and less ice. It really tastes sweet enough for me. We bought tea for our friends last time we went and they loved it. Currently, you are only able to order to-go. People wait in line to order, then leave when they get their product (usually a 3-5 minute wait after ordering). My first visit was okay. There was about 6 staff in the store for a small place; I'm guessing since most of them were still needing to be trained. Service was okay, nothing out of the norm. I got the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, with 80% sweet since I couldn't do half sugar. The drink's name sounded interesting, but it tasted like any other traditional bubble teas I've tried. I'm pleased that the drink wasn't overly sweet, but the bobas didn't have a good texture, more on the tough side than chewy. Therefore towards the end, it wasn't easy to slurp the remaining bobas. The tea wasn't that fragrant, and the overall taste didn't quite hit the spot. It was nice that I got to check this place out, but I have to say this place didn't "wow" me after this visit. Drinks are good but can be drastically different day to day. Main problem is staff. The guy who is usually taking orders doesn't really seem to care or listen to any kind of request that you make. I've asked for less than half boba about 4 or 5 times now. Every time I ask he will cut me off with an "ok" before I finish my request. Then when the drink is made he will always say yes that's half boba. Anyways here's a pic a green milk tea with less than half boba*. I went to Sharetea today and had a bad experience. My reward card had eight stamps already and I brought two drinks, so the next drink is free. When I tried to redeem the drink the cashier said I can't do it right now, but it's okay for me to redeem it on my next visit. However, his attitude really made me upset. While my sister and my nephew were ordering he turned away and ignored their order. Then he insulted us by implying that we are cheap and tried to get a free drink. We felt so embarrassed because there were so many customers in line behind us. Is this how you treat your loyal customers?????? Also, the reward card doesn't indicate that I need to make another purchase in order to redeem the free drink on the next visit. It will be such an inconvenience. I have been to many other boba places where I was able to redeem it at anytime. I feel like that it is not fair and not truly a free drink and that there are too many restrictions; which defeat the purpose of the promotion of free drink in the tenth purchase. I'm a big fan of Sharetea; however, after what I experienced in bad customer service today, I will never go back to this location. read more

Pretty good! Can't complain about their drinks. Menu isn't too big and overwhelming. Pretty straightforward on the way their menu is set-up. My go-to drinks are usually the oolong milk tea with grass jelly or boba. I wasn't feeling the iced version one day, so I decided to get the hot version. I enjoyed it. I usually get my drinks at least 50% less sweet (depending on the drink). My husband usually gets jasmine, black, or oolong milk tea with grass jelly and pudding or herbal jelly and pudding. He usually gets one step less sweet. Many people seem to like their fruited drinks, including their mojitos. I haven't had that fresh, so I can't comment on that. I have finally found top notch boba tea near me! First, there is plenty of parking on the north and west side of the restaurant. When you walk in, you will notice a clean environment with plenty of space. I was initially worried about a long wait time due to how busy it was, but the staff was quick and efficient.
