When I heard my drink get called, another patron actually took my milk tea and started drinking it. Although I had placed an order before them, I assumed it might not have been mine. The bobarista looked at me with wide eyes and asked me what I had ordered. We realized that the person absolutely grabbed the wrong beverage. Instead of making it a big deal, the bobarista decided to make me a new one. This automatically made the service excellent; she had quick problem solving skills and figured out what had happened.
